Very tired and run down. Given price paid approx $1k per night, wasn’t even provided tea/coffee supplies and the supermarket that was meant to be in the building wasn’t open during our stay to get our own. Entry/exit not easy - sooo many stairs with ski boots on

Polite reception staff and good services provided by equipment hire staff.

We are a normal family of four with 2 kids. One night when my wife passed through the bathroom door, a metal part fell off from the rail of the door on the top and hurt her head. We made a complaint to the management office. When they came to inspect it, they kept doubting whether the door was damaged by us and therefore such accident may be caused by us. We paid almost $800 per night for such a youth hostel grade room and surprisingly got such kinds of treatment. We can only feel lucky that it was not our kids who got hurt. No single word of apology was received by us before we checked out.

Apartment was modern and well laid out. The Arlberg is an old building but the apartment was recently renovated and really nice. Cheap pizzas from the Arlberg - can eat there or get takeaway. Ski hire, cafe, cheap eats all without having to leave the building - really convenient.

No drying room for your skis, boards and boots currently at the Arlberg (apparently its been flooded), so we had to put all our wet gear for 4 of us in the apartment bathroom which wasnt great. Bed linen and doona covers really dated - but comfy. Some updated doona covers would make the bedrooms look as modern as the rest of the apartment.

Amazing view and great location. Separate sleeping and living area convenient for kids going to bed early.

Lack of start up items- shampoo/dishwashing liquid. Somewhat dated rooms.

We both husband and wife got sick cos we have to sleep in filthy and dirty recycling cloth pile and it was storage for old bunk beds not guest room my husband ended up in the hospital I got no words for this ugly palce I believe it was prison but they changed in to holy day place to make Easy Money Open the door smell like hiding dead bodies somewhere in the building Cold Filthy n not even proper bed Mate this is Australia I never seen anything worse than this palce in my life They should be Shame to run this place and ripping the ppl off for easy money This is disgraceful And pure declaration of disaster

We loved the location and view from our room.

It was pretty old style, and the fact that you have to take your own rubbish and clean the room yourself when you pay $750 a night I thought was a bit steep.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to get us a stove and oven when we realised there was none in the room

A bit unclean in the room still Maltesers left all over the floor

Great location, close to Hotham Central. Bus stop right out front. Very convenient.
