The breakfast was excellent. Presentation, produce and service are absolutely top. Nothing is too much for the staff and service is written with a capital S. Room was shall we say quirky. Not unpleasant but needs time to get used to. The shower in our room would not be my choice anywhere and should be upgraded to international hotel standard. Again quirky but not my style.

Beautiful building in the heart of the old town. Inside the bold wooden beams structure blends with the big skylight in the center of the hall and the cozy Dutch decor which creates a very charming atmosphere. On the right side there is a spectacular open kitchen gives a fresh touch the big hall and hosts the generous breakfast buffet.

on the last day, before departing, we felt a bit neglected, it took us 40 min to get a cappuccino and a croissant. pity because the staff was lovely.

The hotel is located in the best place in town, right by the cental square. The design inside the hotel and the rooms themselves is awesome and creates a cozy atmosphere. The room was of an average size, but a huge bonus - our windows were facing the cathedral which looks beautiful. The breakfast was very nicely presented with a welcome drink by the entrance, very tasty! Also we rented the bikes from the hotel to go to a neighboring town, the bikes were very comfy!

The room was pretty dark. The room in general was very suitable for business purposes (being quite spacious and having a desk) however if one would consider actually working in the room the lack of a brighter lamp would be bad for ones eyes.

The central situation of the hotel with easy access to parking in the parking lot in front of the hotel, no headache in finding parking. Sunday was free parking in all Woerden. The breakfast was great as were the lunch, dinner and snack options. The bed is huge and the pillows are thr best. We just felt that they all care about us when we were in the hotel, like they know us.

That we had to leave in the end.
