Not quite early enough as the lifts open at 7.30am so if breakfast only starts at 7.30 you have to go without breakfast if you want an early run to miss the other skiers.

When I checked in, I should have paid my local tax fee as it was a real panic to pay it on the morning I left. It was early and no one was around to organise it.

Great family run property. The owner went out of her way to order me in food for a local restaurant and have it delivered when I couldn’t figure out how to arrange this. Excellent and friendly service all around. Highly recommend!!

Not a negative but it’s a little further out but this is more than reflected in the amazing price and great value for money.

The swimming pool and sauna was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with great views.

I'm not a fan of Austrian breakfasts in general; too much processed foods, tinned fruit, cereal, dry pastries, processed meats etc There was a few fresh vegetables, cucumbers and tomatoes, but I'm a health freak and would have liked to have seen more fresh vegetables and fruit.

Nice wife of the owner who tried to make the better impression that her hudband. But words are not enough for such a behaviour at the beginning.

Very unpleasant welcome, the owner took given us before key to the room, because he did not trust whether we pay or not after I denied him to use my personal data for marketing purpose. He suspected us of going away without payment. Maybe because we are from Poland, still not so wealthy country as AT? But does it give the law to treat us as thieves? Poor breakfast choice with no hot dishes. Limited wifi per room (300 MB).

Room with balcony, clean and comfortable. Good location, friendly staff and some extras (table tennis).
