Everything - the staff were friendly, hospitable and polite. The facilities were very pretty and clean. The room was lovely and we felt very comfortable in it. The hotel allowed our dog to stay with us. The location was very good - fairly close to the centre of Wrocław, but also tucked away from the main roads. It felt pleasant and intimate.

It was a lovely stay. I think, however, that there was no air conditioning and it was a hot day - we were happy to use the fan that was standing on the desk and was provided by the hotel (it was already in the room when we arrived)

Lack of toiletries in room. No room service whatsoever over a 4 night stay.

Hotel did not issue an invoice during checkout. As per the hotel it was not requested by guests (our company employees). Later on we contacted the hotel if they may provide the invoice but it was refused. Since as company we need it for our accounting we are not able to get it from hotel…

Lovely stay. Breakfast included which was a good variety of anything you might want. Bed comfy and shower hot. Staff very friendly and made our little dog welcome also

we were unable to sleep till 4.30am. room 103 was directly above a wedding function room, with loud music till 3am and then moving furniture till 4.30. To top it all, we were exhausted and miserable in the morning and their coffee machine was not working at breakfast time. Speaking to the staff was a waste of time, as they didn’t care.

does not match the price quality small room for 5 people, poor cleaning in the room, the hotel does not advise anyone to stay there.

The hotel was clean, enough space, near to public transport, private parking, great breakfast, the staff was very friendly. What we liked very much, was the childrwn corner with toys, so we could eat when children were playing there.
