good location by the beach and near the town. good price for the location. beds were comfortable and room was big with a nice seating area.

one of the heaters in the room didn’t work and the room was very cold at night. shower water was room temperature and even after having a member of staff look at it, it still wasn’t hot. the glasses we were given while eating lunch were very dusty.

The location and views from the property are amazing. It has parking and food all day. The staff are brilliant, super polite and friendly! love them! The rooms had a very unique decoration, it was spacious and the bed comfy, it had everything we needed for a night stay really.

Hot water was extremely hot and there was no warning notice to indicate this. Dangerous for young children.

Staff kindly accommodated a last-minute early check-in request.

The room was very nice. With my three lovely daughters and it was so cosy, clean and comfortable. Alex was a gent. We had a problem with shower and it was fixed in two seconds and we were made so welcome.

Amazing location - we had the best view of the sea from our room. The staff were lovely and the pizza is a must! Just wish we had more time. We'll be back!

We didn’t get to spend a ton of time here but when we were there we felt really relaxed and comfy. The weather was terrible, which honestly added to the allure…sitting in the restaurant, dry and warm, drinking a Guinness at night and enjoying a really comprehensive breakfast in the morning. We stayed in the apartment behind the main building and it was nothing overly special but it was spacious and comfy. The beach across the street looked like it would’ve been amazing to use if the rain had let you ;) Most notably, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was really really bad

Bathroom was a little small but not really a problem. Was very clean.

Stunning views of Spanish point beach just across the road. Very friendly and helpful staff that made you feel very welcome and were more than happy to assist you with anything at all. Very nice food served on site. The room was spotless clean and really comfortable, would definitely return here!
