Very near to all the attractions in old town. Easy access to public transportation and very secure as the hotel was amongst various countries embassies including USA.

Without the elevator it was very difficult to carry suitcases 2 floors up. This property should put the elevator condition in bold.

Cosy (ie small) but comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location near the bus station and old town.

Breakfast room much too small for the number of guests - had to wait quite a long time to get a table. Power outlets not very accessible - not possible to charge a phone or plug in the kettle without unplugging the bedside lamp - room needs a power board or similar.

The hotel is easy walking distance to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the old town so very convenient to walking around and lots of restaurants.

A priori parecía todo correcto. Aunque el hotel es algo antiguo y no tiene ascensor. Pero por la noche la tubería de la calefacción hacía ruidos muy fuertes y apenas pudimos dormir y descansar. Unas claraboyas en el techo que dejaban entrar toda la luz. Además colchones muy viejos. Una experiencia nefasta para descansar, por suerte solo estuvimos una noche. La ducha aunque funciona correctamente, la mampara es pequeña y mojas todo el suelo. Por la mañana comunicamos a la recepcionista lo que había pasado y dijo “Tomo nota,ok” con una actitud desagradable. No recomendamos nada alojarse en este hotel.

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was great - they made it milk-free for me! :)

The typical plastic hygiene cover of the bed is uncomfortably warm and not breathable.
