The Gentlemen who runs the guesthouse was lovely and very welcoming, the rooms were spotless clean and beds comfortable and in a great location

Not much -facilities were not clean glad we were only there 1 night!

Parking poor and not sign posted well! Was emailed room number and when we arrived I had to ring manager and room had been changed. Couldn’t put clothes in wardrobe due to smell. Facilities were not clean!

Couldnt fault a thing, spotless clean everywhere and the breakfast was delicious.

Only a small thing, the fan wasn't working in the ensuite.

The location was good

Everything was grubby. The walls, doors, carpets, furniture...the shower was dirty, the water was cold, around the toilet smelled like an old pub urinal. Lots of dust, cobwebs and unidentified stains. The breakfast was bleak and most of the items cold, definitely not a hearty, Irish breakfast. The cook appeared to be under pressure, we felt like we'd inconvenienced her. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. Disappointing spending hard earned money for a below standard experience.

Everything was just perfect

The check-in/ out was quick and simple. The room was of good size, clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good and plenty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Car park at the back of the building, and it's a bit of a walk around to the front if you have a lot of luggage. There is on street paid parking outside guest house if you want to offload before parking at the back. It was a small inconvenience, but not enough to stop me from enjoying my stay.
