Great Property, right on the beach!

This property is amazing for large groups/family. Just be ready to get a leg work out. Multi level gorgeous home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Super short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Did not use the grill or fireplaces. Walking distant to multiple restaurants. If you want coffee on the top deck in the mornings, i would recommend bringing in the cushions in at night. They get super wet. Definitely will book again.
Quick break down of the levels:
Floor 1: front door and garage.
Floor 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (1 king, bunk room)
Floor 3: kitchen/living with powder room and King en suite
Floor 4: 2 bedroom 2 bath (1 king room with 1 en-suite, 1 king room, 1 full bath)
Floor 5: game room / roof top deck.

I think this is one of only a few ocean front neighborhoods in SoCal that doesn't have a boardwalk separating the property and sand... VERY COOL! Because we're a large family, we appreciated the number of bedrooms available under one roof. Speaking of roof, the upper deck is fantastic for morning coffee and a newspaper read, though most of us couldn't take our eyes of the ocean. I think I read the front page three times and still don't know what it said. But that's the point of a place like this... mental detox. The neighborhood amenities are great: grocery and Starbucks on the other side of the PCH, and other bars and local restaurants also within walking distance. Stand up paddle board rentals also on the other side of the PCH for a paddle around the Huntington Harbor (a local told me they have a fun Christmas boat parade on the water). Well worth the time off and a great value versus a hotel. We'll be back.

Family loved being right on the beach access. Close vicinity to restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds, great house amenities and beautiful sunset deck.

House was lovely with plenty of room for our 10 person family. The rooftop deck and game room was our fave spot, and the views were stunning!! Only negative was that showers in all bathrooms had black mold in the grout between tiles on floors/walls ceilings. Maybe time for a new cleaning crew.

This is the third time we have stayed here. The house, views and location are great! There is plenty of space for a large family. We are sad the house was booked next summer!

Things we loved were the ocean view, on the beach, comfortable beds, game room with pool table and six cues with new tips, shuffleboard, a bar, a nice sofa, and a door out to the huge deck that lots of seating, a fireplace and grill.
In the dining/living room a dining table with eight chairs we used mostly to play board games. A large, comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen was well stocked.
Several TVs throughout and they were all in good working order and with streaming channels.
Five bedrooms on three levels was nice so families could sort of group together. This was great but keep in mind it means quite a few stairs.
The only negative was the dishwasher was useless, it really needs to be replaced. I spent the most time in the kitchen so this was an inconvenience.
We would stay here again for sure.

Home was well equipped, including 2 car garage and on street parking with nice game room and roof top deck/fireplace. Some woodwork/ appliances could use refresh and/or paint. Overall, an excellent property with a very responsive owner.

The house is located fairly central to access to Orange County locations via PCh or freeways. 4 floors-deck is on top floor with great views of the water. On the beach access. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots/pans. Make sure to bring anything else you need for cooking. The bedrooms are good-they don’t face the water but quiet and spacious. The only room that was a bit of a challenge was the bunk bed room. It really is designed for kids. Hard for adults to fit in those beds comfortably. Bathrooms are plentiful with good water pressure and no one had to really share except for one. Overall good experience.

Three generations of family stayed in the upper level home for Thanksgiving week. This home is truly on the beach, with a gorgeous view. The grandkids and men loved the game room, the kids could walk out the door to the beach. You can’t beat the location. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils, so it was easy to fix Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone in the family would be happy to return.

Location, location, location. This place on the sand was great! Walk to restaurants, grocery store and Starbucks. Large home to accommodate three generations for our yearly vacation. Our family voted this residence our favorite and we have been renting beach houses since 1993 every year.

The adjacent neighbor is HIGHLY sensitive to any noise. We cheered while watching a Dodgers game in the living room and minutes later the police were knocking at our door. They explained that they are called upon by neighbor every week.
Visitors exceeding the house's sleeping capacity are prohibited. All of this unfortunate for such a lovely home.

Could not ask for a better location. Place was well stocked. Will be booking again.

Our family has been renting beach houses in southern CA for many years and this is absolutely the best! The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed to make our vacation stress free. There were 7 20 somethings who were also very impressed. We will definitely rent this again!

Had a great time! Love the roof top lounging area. Lots of stairs, making it a little challenging for those with knee/hip problems. Could use a bit more of wash cloths, tissue, tin foil, etc. Overall, wonderful!
