At first glance it was a beautiful condo. We arrived around 9:30pm after a long day of travel starting at 5:30am. We started to get settled in by making the sofa bed for my son (14) to sleep and the day bed for my other two sons (10 and 4). We realized that there were 3 spare sheets but all were twin size so there was no bedding to fit the sofa. Then as we tried each sheet we discovered hairs on them. So that prompted us to check the beds and sure enough, both beds had short and long hairs on the sheets and pillowcases. Despite claims that the linens were “commercially laundered,” it was quite obvious that the “cleaners” didn’t even bother to change the sheets from the last guests. That is unacceptable. We stayed awake until 2am laundering all of the sheets. It was a horrible way to start our vacation. I immediately emailed the vacation rental company about this and asked for a refund of the exorbitant cleaning fee, but was only offered an apology and asked if I’d like a “professional cleaner” to come the following day (Fri - rental began on Wed). As we’d already washed the sheets and cleaned the place ourselves, I certainly did not want to risk these cleaners coming in and making things dirty again. Further the floors were filthy as were windows, etc. It needs a deep clean monthly to prevent this filth. Also the cookware, etc is really lacking.
On the bright side, there is great potential w/ better cleaners and the complex is wonderful. We loved the pool and tennis courts.

We stayed at this apartment in September and had a very enjoyable stay. Kitchen and shower rooms lovely and modern. Only suggested improvements - curtains in main bedroom to block out early morning light, living room furniture/dining table and artwork on walls needs updating.

Catina in Green Links at Lely Resort is great! Kitchen, bathrooms and flooring are all updated and great quality. Beds were very comfortable. View out back is beautiful!
Was a bit disappointed that the floors were not thoroughly cleaned before our stay, as evidenced by our feet and socks being sandy and dirty. Also the decor is outdated. I guess it’s an attempt at making midcentury modern furniture cool again, but it only brought down the beauty of the modern renovations. The artwork on walls is dark and just plain ugly. Sorry. But there are so many nicer options at local stores to keep the condo “light and bright” and happy. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun! Lely Resort overall is luxurious.

Nice condo, upgraded bathrooms are real nice . Greenlinks is a fabulous complex , great pool, gym and pickleball courts right on the golf course. Very convenient to all of Naples vacation locations, beach, downtown, tin city, zoo, botanical garden, Marco island..
Very clean and professionally managed , service and communication from NFVH is outstanding .
A few things that are above and beyond :
Very comfortable King bed in the Master

Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available
Full array of kitchen gear, utensils, cookware, plates,etc
The bad
Queen Bed is uncomfortable
Comforters are thin and cheap looking
Limited supply of toilet paper , one roll in each bathroom plus one extra . No tissues at all, no bar soap or shampoo or conditioner, no salt and pepper shakers or supply of salt and pepper.
Upgrades that would make it outstanding :
Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
Black out curtains in the Master , at 5 am the gold maintenance carts are roaming around shining their headlights into the Master, through the slits in the blinds. Nice light show , but too early ,

Location was great. Furniture needs some attention., dining room chairs and falling apart and the master headboard being fabric needs to be cleaning. The remodeled bathrooms were great and very spacious. The management company was responsive until the end of our stay. Would stay at green links again but not sure about this particular unit.

2 week stay in Lely / Naples Florida
Location is great and the unit was clean and comfortable. Bed in second bedroom could have a firmer mattress. Layout of unit was perfect with both bedrooms having bathroom access. Close to pool and clubhouse.
Downside is the price which was way above the market value.

The condo furniture is very dated. There are stains on cloth headboard of primary bedroom. Pots in kitchen are very old and scratched. Would not want to cook anything in them .Drapes were hanging down in spots. Cleaning people said they would send someone to fix but never did

Lely resort is absolutely beautiful. The condo was in a great location with a great view of the golf course. The condo was very clean on arrival and with a basket of complimentary supplies which was much appreciated. Our only 2 complaints were the master bedroom's mattress was not to our liking and a few sauté pans have seen better days. Overall we had a great stay at Lely.

Skip in Catina (Unit #715)
As always, a wonderful experience at Lely. But as a previous rental condo owner, we tend to look for what is wrong rather than what is right. The right: Condo has been repainted, remodeled, refurnished, and all with new appliances. But a few things that seemed to be missing:
1. Night lights
2. Desk lamp on table at entrance
3. Measuring spoons in kitchen
4.Soap dishes in bathrooms
5. Hangers in closets (we purchased)
6. Entrance mat was a definite slip hazard (we purchased a new non-slip)
7. Soap and shampoo holders needed in both showers - critical for seniors like us
8. Sugar bowl
9. No garbage disposal in sink
10. No vacuum cleaner
11. Paint supplies should be removed from kitchen closet
12. Kitchen pots and pans were in horrible condition
We offer these comments for the owner. All would seem to be easy adds and/or replacements. In short, these deficiencies did not warrant the premium rental cost.

We enjoyed our time at this Lely Resort condo. Short walk to pool, place held our 6 people nicely, views were nice next to water and the golf course. Would recommend this will look to stay again in the future.

Everything at the Condo was perfectly clean and exactly as stated on the web site. Lely is a beautiful resort with a nice pool and all you would need for a wonderful family vacation at a reasonable price. Definitely would vacation there again

Relaxation
Overall, we had a great experience. I would recommend this location. Our only issues were with a toilet not flushing properly and a dishwasher that would not turn off. We were able to work through both of these issues and left a note that they should be addressed for future guests. Since we were only at the property 3 days, we didn't know the dishwasher had issues until the last day. I have no doubt that these areas would be corrected because all of the workers at the property were very accommodating. But, if you don't know there is a problem, it's pretty hard to fix it.

Way better than expected!
I've stayed in Greenlinks many times over the years. This unit by far was the best unit we ever stayed at in this complex. Not only was the view great, but the inside was totally remodeled with all new flooring, kitchen, baths, etc. - literally - from top to bottom. The furniture was very tasteful and nicely done. Very homey and comfortable! There is really pride of ownership here. I'll be back for sure.

Brand New Everything
The condo has brand new everything in it. Totally redone and much nicer than others in the same community. When you go on vacation you want to feel like you are staying in somewhere nicer than home and this was the best.

Enjoyed our stay at this totally remodeled condo. The service was great. Easy check in process, they got us in earlier than the check in time. Everything we had questions about was answered. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Great Views of Golf and Lake
The condo was magnificent. The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. It was a keyless entry which made it easy so I could not forget my keys LOL. The view of the golf was nice in the morning as we had our coffee and read the paper.

Overall a Great Vacation
Our family vacation this year was in Naples at the Catina Golf Condo. We are glad we picked this unit. It was nicer than others we saw online but cheaper. The views were great, condo was clean, and the community was very safe for our little kids. We would rent here again.
