Late arrival, after 11pm - clear instructions sent before hand, registered via an app, received the info on each door code and lock box - all very easy - as part of booking, free taxi from airport added in - whatsapp message from the driver with photos of where he was. Really large apartment (1 bed superior with balcony) - fast wifi, clean, comfy beds (although the sofa bed a little noisy, but to be expected) Of all the places booked over the years felt really safe and secure in the apartment - well secured building which is important when with my family. Great location - supermarket nearby, plenty coffee bars, restaurants, short walk to the centre and the shops. Well connected to tram / bus / train stations

Apartment looks amazing , even better than on Booking photos. Outstanding interior, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and bathroom accessories. Location is in the heart of the downtown close to all attractions, shops and restaurants. Main train station is 2min walk and bus station 5min by taxi. But even it is in downtown it is very quite.

We enjoyed the room very much! It is equipped with everything you may need - from kitchen equipment, bed linen, bath facilities. The a/c cools the room perfectly, the curtains make perfect shade in the morning, the room is quiet. We enjoyed very very much and would warmly recommend!!

We arrived in the middle of the night after an exhausting travel and felt a bit like an escape room trying to get the hints into the keys and the room (: but the stay was perfect 🤩

Super location right in the city center! Close to all dinning, shopping and sightseeing sites. Clean and well equipped, very nice stuff and good communication via messenger. Will definitely stay again!

The apartment Viola has an excellent location. Easy access to historic sites, shops and restaurants. There is a paid car park which is marked with the name Le Tre Madame. The apartment offers everything typical for this type of premises: kitchen equipment, coffee, tea, light breakfast provided by the owner.

The floor creaks. The bedroom in Apartment Viola is not a separate room, but is part of the common room with a dividing wall (like a screen) that does not reach the ceiling. We had a little problem with parking because some gentleman who didn't introduce himself was being arrogant with his car, but we took the situation as - Welcome to Italy ;) It didn't leave a good impression!

The "hotel" room was actually an apartment in a location very convenient to a lot of great places.

The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't cool very well, otherwise, everything else exceeded expectations.

The apartment was very clean and well kept. It was exactly as shown on the site. The owner’s representative was very responsive. The apartment is located right next to via Roma and Turin central station. We really enjoy our stay .

We got into the apartment via a door code and keys in a lock box. This was perfect for us! We were 4 friends with different interests so we used the lock box to make sure everyone could get in when we went out separately or if someone wanted to stay out later. It was perfect for our needs. The apartment was so nice and very well appointed - including a Nespresso machine!! The aircon was also a huge plus!! The location is superb! I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom did not have a fan - so after a shower it was a bit steamy/humid in there. Other than that, there isn't really anything to complain about!

Located nearby the center, so very convenient. Comfortable & cosy the flat was perfect for our short stay. Area is quiet. Consider 15 minutes walk to reach the old part of the city so very close.

No particular aspect to complaint about - Informing the host on the option of renting a parking space should be more highlighted as it can be an added value when traveling with your car depending on the price.

The apartment is great condition and really well placed

We received a check-in email with no information about the fact that the parking would be separately charged. It a parking lot in the street. At midnight we received a message asking if a car parked was our. We immediately answered and we have not received any reply. Before the check out we receive a call asking to charge the extra fee. It was just said that it was written in the general conditions, but to the fact that check in email with 0 information was a little bit misleading no reply was given. The situation was not handled in professional way by the staff. We had no problems paying a extra charge, but we did not like the treatment we received under a very unclear information from their side.

Great location, next to pharmacy and to carefour. Very nice, big and clean room.

When we paid via booking we haven’t been informed that the price excluded taxis, parking and cleaning fees.
