Location was great - close to the beach but quiet enough to avoid the bustling crowds when the beach got too busy. Pool area was really lovely and set in a heavenly garden so felt like we were on a tropical island. Host was the most attentive and responsive ever. Appreciated that despite the fact that we were on the same property, the host gave us as much privacy as possible.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better but everything else made up for it.

Beautiful garden, comfortable beds, everything one could possibly need at ones disposal. Indonesian and African fusion design that was so comfortable and homely. A beautiful quiet property, amazing gardens, very spacious and comfortable accommodation and excellent support from the hosts. Very good security and facilities incl internet and power.

We love the Villa, have been before and will return again. The gardens are marvellous, the location is perfect and Ian, the host, is a delight! That it is pet-friendly was the initial reason we chose it, but all the aforementioned reasons is why we keep going back.

The appartment is situated in a quiet and green environment and has everything one needs for self-catering. The electric power cuts, which are frequent in South Africa, hardly affect the appartments. The manager is friendly and helpful, but only as long as you are willing to accept all inconveniences.

Because the flat is not kept clean enough, there are cockroaches in the kitchen. Although the whole property is secured with an alarm system, there are more lights and spots burning outside at night than necessary. The curtains were not enough to darken my bedroom. For personal reasons, I had to cancel my second booking. According to the terms and conditions, the amount paid in advance was non-refundable. However, as the flat was booked a short time later on one of the cancelled dates, the manager was willing to partially refund the amount paid. When I reminded him of his promise after two weeks, he became rude and insulting!
