Super friendly atmosphere in a great location. Room (and bed!) were extremely cozy & clean. The breakfast was perfect as well with plenty of options.

The owner was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming. Made us feel comfortable. The view from our bedroom was so nice - frosty mornings but worth it. The b&b was spectacular. Definately recommend and will be coming back again in the future. Had small parking at the back.

Hosts were amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. The area is ideal, short stroll to Keswick town centre and right between a few hiking spots as well as other attractions you might come there to see / experience.

I typically stay in hostels, but when I saw a single room available in a b&b I decided to splurge a little and it was worth it! It was lovely coming back after a long day of hiking to a comfy bed in a room with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was lovely and so were the homemade jams. Sue gave great advice on what to do in the area and which buses to take.

Lovely clean place in a fantastic, picturesque location. Fantastic hosts who couldn't do enough for me. Lovely breakfast too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time staying at Skiddaw Croft B&B - it exceeded our expectations. Steve & Sue were amazing hosts, thank you for having us & making us feel so comfortable & welcomed. Breakfast was outstanding, as was the ginger cake we were welcomed with on arrival by Sue!! Thank you again - we look forward to seeing you again soon in the near future

I was on a photography weekend nice view from room window just a 5 minute drive from keswick centre room was nice and cosy breakfast was great with the nicest bacon ive ever had just a lovely weekend and place

My only gripe was not being allowed to take any food into your room which for me after a long day out doing photography when i had to miss breakfast due to having to be out before its served meant i was really hungry when i got back to my room although they did leave me a sandwich which was kind but i needed a proper meal but couldn't bring anything back

Spotless accommodation with a lovely and very welcoming host too!! The homemade ginger cake was a fantastic gesture and was easily the best we’ve tasted. We will 100% be visiting again.

Very welcoming hosts with homemade cake on arrival and I recieved a card and gift as it was my birthday which was a lovely surprise . Excellent cooked breakfast. Lovely location for walks and access to Keswick.

Cleanliness, friendly hosts. Good set up for Covid safety measure. Homemade Gingerbread!!! Room spacious. Fully equiped with all needs. Cannot fault it Would definitely stay again Easy access to buses, short walk to Keswick.

Really great breakfast with lots of choices, perfect for filling up before long walks. There were walks from the door of the B&B. We had a lovely time!

The location was good for us and the place was very clean. We are fit 70 year olds and needed to be within reasonable walking distance to Keswick without the noise you get close to the centre.

The room was small. We did not like the lack of headroom above the bedhead and were not comfortable reading in bed before going to sleep. Also, the advanced breakfast booking system (i.e. via a computer app) did not suit us.

Sue and Steve were extremely welcoming. Took an interest in what you had planned, facilities were amazing & clean. Breakfast was beautiful. Nothing to complain about.

Hosts Steve & Sue certainly contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday. Breakfast was cooked to order and perfect. Sue's home made ginger cake is fabulous as are her home made jams & marmalade.

Everything was excellent. Superb friendly hosts who could not do enough for you. Gorgeous breakfasts, perfect location, top notch! Complementary slice of ginger bread cake on arrival and home-made marmalade on check-out.

We were in the attic room which was very hot at night due to the unexpectedly warm weather. The hosts provided a fan and disconnected the child safety on the window which helped.

Sue and Steve were very welcoming and accomodating throughout our stay at their b&b. Our room was perfect for a couple nights stay and was very clean on arrival. Breakfast was really tasty but had to be ordered the evening before through their online form. They've put a fair amount of measures in place to make the b&b covid safe like reduced number of groups in breakfast. Overall we felt very safe here and will definitely be returning if we find ourselves in the Keswick area again.
