Very good location! Very friendly stuff! Large parking near the building, always available.
Little bit difficult communication because people in reception almost do no speak English.

the views were lovely
property old and tired and on the fifth floor of the furthest away block. poorly lit hallways and had to wait half an hour for keys. Uncomfortable beds and apartment had a bad smell.

Seems to be alot of residents live in apartments full time walking dogs etc and people sitting on stairwells smoking drugs etc no impressed

no breakfast pleanty places nearby for nice food and sun all day in balcony and great views

we did not have breakfast at the hotel,it was very easy to obtain the keys at reception.
just the hills to get back up to the apartment.

Location
very dirty the wall, cupboards. there are many cobwebs. We cleaned the apartment first day, and washed the bedspreads and decorative pillows on the first day, because they were smelly.

Took 4 hours to get the key no one answered the phone no reception no hot water for 3 days loose toilet old and very uncomfortable furniture no view balcony in shade all day couldn't get hold of host till last day she texted have you gone yet

We liked everything about the property.
specially the nice view from the flat. Teresa was also excellent on welcoming us and helping out with any queries. We will defo go back there.
just as suggestion: a fan would be great to have Im the flat.

Self catering
No sun 🌞on the balcony normally wouldn't worrie about it but becouse of the lock down really missed it

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Check-in was easy and quick. We were self catering, but location was ideal for the beach and town centre. We'd normally stay on the other side of TF-1, by Siam Park, and rarely ventured to the beach. This time, we spent more time there than by the pool. (the sea was actually warmer than the pool).
Kitchen was pretty basic, utensils were dated, some missing. But overall, we had everything we needed.
Pool wasn't heated, and the sun didn't shine onto the balcony, but we were assured that other apartments it did, so will bear that in mind next time.
