Very complicated way of getting inside the complex. During the first day we spent several hours to find a parking place, to find a person with beach towels and to locate our apparent without help🙈 But when you get it, you become really happy

We wanted to have a master bedroom and a second room with two bed for the children as it was on the photos. We wanted to stay one more night. The man at the rental office said that it is possible but he did not sent the email what he promised. So we was not able to stay longer. The only one shower of the apartement need to repair.

Apartment was built with quality materials and you get reserved umbrella on the beach. Everything was very clean and parking is reachable by inside corridor from the building.

Resort was kind of beautiful but artficial without geniuss loci (like Paris in China). Apartment was built in higher standard, however there was no extra service for the money. Everything in resort is overpriced 3times more than the value of the servise is. Check in Office is not signed properly.

We loved the whole stay! The portopiccolo apartments are breathtaking! The apartment with an amazing view, the bed, the location and the beautiful things to see close by to the place are also perfect. It is a great place for those who love privacy and not huge crowds, I recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure come back :) thank you!

arriving with car can be complicated as you have to drive through a mountain.

very private and comfortable stay at superb location - total surprise for us in context of North Adriatic; Also very kind staff at reception!

almost nothing that bothered me, maybe lack of restaurants and other possibilities after 8pm and bad/broken sewer in one of the bathrooms which was the source of bad smell..

everything was absolutely divine, the location is incredible, the village superb, the property was great!

Taxi took us to the hotel part of the resort and the staff at the hotel were very helpful and led us to the apartment reception. Ladies at apartment reception could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The resort is beautiful, we were there during the world renowned regatta (We had no idea of this prior to booking) so a lot of the restaurants were closed for private functions. No big problem, we cooked for ourselves in our beautiful apartment.

The location as Sistiana is nice. We could see the effort of the receptionist who tried to be kind.

When I booked I received an e-mail giving me many details about the check-in, our parking and all kind of info one would like to know. So I had the impression and the good feeling that check-in would have been very smooth, but I was very wrong. When we arrived the guy at the first entrance started explaining us where to go, based on the parking assigned in the email I received. We arrived to our parking just to find out it was closed, so we had to just try to park somewhere else and ask other guests hanging around there for info again. We arrived to the front desk finally and the receptionist was kind actually, and after payment took us to the small studio we booked. We could not really understand how they “organized”, because from our apartment to the parking it was taking 3 different elevators. The elevators are not really intuitive, it looks like a mess, in whatever elevator you go, you cannot guess in which floor you are. The only floor that looked consistent was the reception floor which was the zero, but we cannot be sure 100%. We had to cross some doors to get to an elevator where you could not even switch the lights on until in front of the lift, so we were using the torches on our phones as we were not familiar with the place. After the receptionist took us to our apartment, my partner had to go back to the parking because of course we had to move the car to the “right” parking, so keep in mind the path with 3 elevators again, and then coming back to the apartment again. The whole check-in took one hour and half. (Their check-in desk is open only between 15:00 and 18:00).
