Great location. Clean and tidy. Fantastic value for money. Even though you work with an online person for check, it was simple and prompt. The person was courteous, spoke clearly. Check out was just a matter of tidying the room, leaving the door ajar and going!

Location was ok. Staff were friendly. unit was clean enough.
Double bed was broken, had to prop up using bedside drawers, bathroom had no frosted glass, just lace curtains that weren't private enough when showering at night with light on.

The size of the rooms plus no lock on the door yeah so kids safety was I concerned so I would have to give that a big fat zero

Verry bad if no comunication,left valueable jacket there by mistake,came back after an hr,after trying to ring,dont answer,seen cleaner and asked,havint seen it,wasnt the money value,it was my late fathers and ment alot to me,nah,rather stay in my car

The location was good , and the bed was comfortable
The shower had no pressure, couldn't really have a shower . Power point where sunken into the wall and didn't all work. The electrical wiring looked un safe. The toaster had a layer of dust on it. The carpark was very narrow and full of potholes

there is a VIRTUAL receptionist to speak to, there is NO physical staff to contact if you had any problems.
It is a very out dated motel - to be honest, I was SHOCKED and instantly regretted booking here, but decided to stay only because we met a nice couple next door...otherwise I felt unsafe there.
