Really nice room and breakfast

Sadly didn't realise it wasn't onsuite. But didn't cause me any problems

Excellent choices for breakfast and our host was very informative, welcoming and friendly.

Only problem was finding the property due to one way systems

The ensuite had a very dim light, and it was on a sensor with a timer , it would only stay on about 2 minutes at a time . So you had to raise your arm to turn it back on , otherwise you be in the dark taking a shower . Both radiators in the room needed maintenance, they both were hot at the top and cold at the bottom.

Lovely renovated B&B in close neighbourhood to both City Centre and even better, an excellent Micro-Brewery Pub (The Coach). The host is a very kind and helpful person with plenty of tips, what to do in the area

Huw and Sarah were extremely helpful and did their very best to make our stay memorable. The breakfasts were very good and the whole place was clean, neat and tidy. I would recommend the Mairs bed and breakfast to anyone wanting to stay in the area. We didn't eat much breakfast on the third day, since we were going for an early lunch and Huw very kindly didn't charge us for it.

Nothing much. Bridgend's not the prettiest town I've been to, but that's hardly Huw and Sarah's fault! There are plenty of nice places within easy reach.
