We payed for a room at Prestige , but there is also the old hotel- The Classic- clean, but old and shabby. We were not informed anout the breakfast hour, which is only until 9.30 and when we called at the reception a very rude and unprofessional women- LUISA- told us it was finished ( it was 9.39!!) and said we could ask for a coffee at the bar (with extra charge). when checking out, the same Luiza, when asked why we were denied breakfast , assuming the clients were jot rushed out from the breakfast area for which was again very rude and said it is not her fault, thought it would have been enough to appologise. SO- not recommended

The bathroom was nice and new and in general the place was clean. Parking in front of the building available, which made it easy.

Instead of a room with "garden view" we received a room with street view. That was sad, as I particularly chose this on booking. Unfortunately the room had a strong smell, which was somewhere between old smoke and or chemicals to fight it. I was too tired to ask for a change on that day, so I didn't give them a chance to fix it, however, this was a bit of a downturn.

personal was very slow , not too much care about customer, personal works sick. poor breakfast

We went to eat at Nora restaurant, was a little walk but the reception was very helpful. The food was great with very good service!

The shower was like antique with character but not so practical because we couldn't hang it :)

We have a faraway room and my husband could not go because something wrong with his leg. No help from the personal from reception.
