Nice room, good aircon. Great area to explore in the maze of little alleyways. Plenty of great little eating places close by. The pool was the icing on the cake at the end of each day's exploring.

Night club next door could be heard through the walls, it took a little while to just ignore it.

Very nice staff, great location. Very pretty grounds and big comfy rooms.

Though we loved the aesthetic of the fish pond, you do hear the water running 24/7 as well as the fish sucking on the wall. I'm a light sleeper but for others surely this won't be a problem.

I only had a problem with the drain in my toilet, it wasn't draining the water down. I spoke with the staff but they didn't fix.

Very central location within old city walls/moat. Great food and sights within very short walk. Very helpful staff. Nice peaceful street set back from main roads. Would use again when next in Chiang Mai.

Our room backed onto a nightclub or something, as i could hear / feel really loud music playing next door that kept me awake until 3.30am! It wasn't mentioned anywhere that this could be a possibility. This was really disappointing as everything else was great.

Location was great. Room was spacious. Transportation was readily available. Cleanliness was great. All around will be back.

What I didn't like was not in their control. Close to main tourist street. Bars and music were plenty. I can sleep regardless but that's what happens when you stay close to bars. I still loved it!

very loud music from the club next door (every day, until about 3am). by loud i mean, earplugs dont help. things shaking of the table from the resonance. hard bed, not comfortable. pool only for pictures.

the location was great and staff were very nice

however it was very difficult to get some sleep at night with the noise coming from outside the hotel. the location was great as very central however very loud surroundings unfortunately!

Personel really really great - helpful and nice. especially housekeeping team - so nice and sweet. ok breakfast - you can choose like between 4 different sets. close to everything. Sunday night market is 650 m from there. also a lot of small local bars and restaurants on the street where hotel is

The staff were exceptional great. Specially the lady at the name nim was so great and goes the extra mile to make sure that you know what you want to do in chiang mai and will give you ides of where to go and she will always check on us when we come back in the evening that our day went well. Even when I wanted to rent a bike she walked with me to the guy who rent bikes close to the hotel
