Location is near the gondola ski lift, which is perfect. Comfortable large bed was great, especially when you travel with infant. There is a big wardrobe which is good to keep your all clothes and luggage in it.

Все прекрасно- расположение, чисто, удобное заселение (нас встретили, но возможно и самостоятельное), номер красивый, есть кофемашина, капсулы с кофе, чай в пакетиках, соль (банка для сахара была пустая), маленький электрический гриль, чайник, маленькая электроплита. Жаль только, что нет микроволновки. Кровать мягкая, подушки - идеальны для меня - тонкие. Все в номере новое.

Апартаменты расположены в "Новом Гудаури" близко от подъемников. Отличный вид на горы, новый ремонт, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гибкий заезд и выезд - ключи передаются через запирающийся ящик. Хозяин гостеприимен и дружелюбен, оперативно реагировал на сообщения о проблемах.

Точка на карте не соответствует реальному местоположению, сложно найти, требовались объяснения хозяина. Вахтеры в здании невежливо ведут себя с гостями. Были проблемы с оборудованием (фен, телевизор).

There was a leak they had to come fix under the kitchen sink, leak in the bathroom handheld bidet that was never fixed the frying pan handle came off after one use, the power sockets beside the bed did not work and tripped the main power never fixed and there was not enough cold water pressure to effectively use the washing machine. The building's internet seemed to be turned off most mornings, one morning we had no hot water, one day lost power for the full building and most morning would lose water after 900am.

Nothing at all - my enjoyment / appreciation for the property were dashed by an acute sense that I had been duped by an advert that was woefully different from reality.

Concerning the property, its miss-representation on your website (both in terms of the pictures presented and the script which was factually incorrect 'contained lies') and my overall experience - I can honestly say that this was my worst experience ever using your website. I paid for what I thought was good accommodation and received a 'hostel like' product. This property should be removed from your site. It is dawdy, urgently in need of refurbishment and tells lies in the description.

Местоположение

Балконная дверь закрывалась не плотно и в номер очень сильно дуло. Уборки в номере не было вообще. Мебель старая, не соответствует фото. Шкаф сломан, дверь не открывалась. Унитаз через два дня засорился и вода и все содержимое не уходило. В просьбе прочистить унитаз администратор проигнорировала. Не рекомендую к заселению!!!
