A lovely home that felt immediately relaxed. We enjoyed the set-up, mood and ease of the home. The back deck with its screened walls was a real treat and became the place we spent all our time in. Two bathrooms was very handy and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'll definitely book again given the opportunity.

Great place on the beach for a stay with your fur babies - enclosed space for the dogs to stay while you’re away & thoughtful touches like dogs toys, beds & bowls provided. Dog beach for some time of day a 2 minute walk away & all day dog beach & great dog park a 5 minute drive away.

We were after a do nothing weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The house is perfectly located to the beach (where we spent the majority of our days), the guest experience was easy, timely & professional from check in to check out, house was more than big enough, very clean and had great amenities! Will be back in the future.

Our group of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and dog had a very comfortable stay at Chill out Beach House. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was clean and welcoming and the communication with the host was quick and informative.
Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the off leash beach and we enjoyed the screened in back veranda for afternoon drinks and breakfast in the morning. Overall a great experience.

Fabulous location one street back from the beach . The house has everything you need for a relaxing time . The owner has catered for children and pets . The house is really spacious - even for the 9 of us that stayed . Fabulous deck area

A beautiful home in the perfect spot. So close to the dog friendly beach and a 5 min drive to the main shops. Annmaree was a fantastic host. Would highly recommend!

We had a a relaxing break at the Chill-out Beach house. It is so close to access to the beach, and the boardwalk, and easy walking distance to the golf and surf clubs. The house was very comfortable. Loved the screened outdoor room. Thanks for a great stay!

Really was a chill-out experience. Beautiful beach, met lots of other dog owners each morning. Loved the deck and hearing the ocean waves crashing was wonderful. Great house.

Perfect family beach holiday
We had a fabulous time at the Chill-Out beach house and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect and the house itself is wonderful with a great layout and comfortably furnished. There isn’t anything that the host Ann-Maree hasn’t thought of which made for a great stay. Proximity and ease of access to the dog friendly beach was a highlight for our family.

Three day Forster Stay
Very nice house in great location. Very short walk to the largely dog friendly beach (some restricted hours) and golf course. Had drinks and dinner at the club which was very good. Kitchen was well equipment with SMEG appliances. Lovely indoor/outdoor room and a nice yard. Forster is a good base to explore other nearby areas of the lakes region of the north coast.

Perfect to chill out
Our time at chill out Forster was too easy, comfortable and great with our 2 dogs. Everything was thought of, it’s so close to the beach and only a short drive into Forster/Tuncurry. Thank you Annemaree 🤗

It is a great property and perfect for the two of us with our large Golden Retriever. Great position on One Mile Beach. Everything in the house works well and we would love to stay again.

Great location for surfing
Funky beach pad in a great location which suited us with 3 teenage boys wanting to surf. Easy checkin, very clean with everything you need. You could tell there had been a lot of thought put into the styling & there were good quality appliances.

Great stay!
My husband and our dog stayed at the property and although it was raining the whole time, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was really cute and super close to the beach which we loved. Great location! We had to leave early because of the power outage and flooding but Annmaree was very, very helpful and promptly looked after our issues. I would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great experience, even when the situation wasn't perfect.

Good set up and very handy to beach
Overall a good set up. Enclosed back area with BBQ makes for a very livable space and we spent a lot of time in there. Found almost everything we needed during our stay by checking the information tablet. Consider removing the carpet from the bedrooms as during our rather damp (weather) stay the assorted doggie aromas were quite evident. I do appreciate that there are places like this that we can stay with our dog but carpet free might be a better option.

Blissful stay at One Mile Beach.
Our family including two fur babies, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chill Out Beach House. True to name, we had every thing we needed for a much needed relaxed holiday. Beautiful One Mile Beach is almost on the door step and we spent every morning there playing ball with the dogs and swimming. Our dogs were in seventh heaven! We very much enjoyed the screened back deck, which provided us with the most wonderful comfortable space surrounded by tranquil gardens and amazing birdlife. Our host Annemarie was very easy to communicate with and the house has everything you could possibly need including excellent appliances. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Great location with lots of details considered. Very homely and excellent beach access. Super handy being able to bring the dogs. Option for a bed in the cabana would be handy!

Hidden Gem
Fantastic property with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds and lots of room. The hidden surprise is the outdoor area. Very large, mozzie proof and perfect for family to visit. We spent lots of time in this area with our visitors and doggies relaxing. You can hear the ocean and feel the sea breeze. Fabulous yard and tropical garden. Very short walk (few minutes) to One Mile Beach, arguably the best beach in Forster. Great Wifi, Netflix etc for those rainy days. Three good sized bedrooms, two new bathrooms, separate laundry with new washing machine and dryer and great kitchen with Smeg appliances. Annmaree (owner) is fantastic. Attentive and quick to resolve any small issues. We absolutely loved our stay in this hidden gem and highly recommend Chill Out for dog owners or those wanting to enjoy a beach stay for a great price.

Needs some matches or lighter for the wood fire. Aircon didi not work on heating cycle. Needed some good wine glasses, cooking oil, pepper and minor kitchen supplies. Otherwise excellent

Great getaway
We had a lovely week at Chill-Out beach house with family our furry ones included. The house was comfortable and clean and the yard safe for our dogs. We loved the beach being so close and our dogs had a ball socialising with all the other dogs on the beach every day.

One Mile Beach
This property was more than we expected the photos showed an older and small looking place but in reality this place was huge and has so much chill out in it. The check in and keyless entry is great so you can go to the beach and not worry about losing the key.
You can entertain there, relax watch tv. send the kids out to the hut with a tv in it. BBQ and swim at the beach.
One Mile Beach was too rough for the kids so each day we would check it out and end up at the ocean pool at Forster Beach. we loved this place and would return.

The perfect place to ‘Chill Out’- Fantastic!
Fantastic!! Everything you could ever need in this beautiful ‘Beach House’. Charm and character, close to all amenities and short stroll to beach. And so many little extras. Lovely outdoor area and plenty of room to roam for the Furbabies. Annmaree is a wonderful host, whole process from booking to check in is a breeze. Our 3rd time staying at this awesome property, one of our favourites!! And won’t be our last! Do yourself a favour and ‘Chill Out’ in Forster... love love ❤️❤️
