Breakfast was amazing, a good selection of cereals and fresh fruit - full english was delicious and couldn't fault it. property is a short walk to the shops, bars & restaurants. Owners are very knowledgeable and provided restaurant and pub recommends which we used - a great place to stay

I don't have anything negative to say about this property, room provided everything that was needed. Hosts were lovely, location perfect - would recommend

Genuine bed and breakfast experience. Friendly hosts with lots of knowledge and suggestions about the area. Wonderful full English breakfast. Comfortable room in great location.

Lucinda was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in a really cosy room and loved the full English breakfast and fresh fruit each morning. Convenient location to walk into Broadway but also to drive to surrounding villages

Great host and very good breakfast. The place is pretty quiet even though it is near the road. We slept well.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly it felt like we were staying with friends. The breakfast variety was excellent with delicious fresh fruit. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend.

The breakfast was excellent. The choice of cereals and the cooked breakfast itself was very good. The hosts went out of their way to provide everything we wanted. Could not fault it and cannot see anyway it could be improved - many thanks.

Both Lucy and Lawrence have been very helpful, we get to play with their lovely dogs. Nice location with lots of green and horses!

Very hospitable, comfy beds, great breakfast. A summer room to relax in in the afternoon. Very well located to explore the area.

Everything was excellent although the bedroom was very small.

Having left after two nights.we would recommend smallbrook cottage as a wonderful place to stay as it's easy to travel from there to take in parts of the cotswolds. after having a wonderful breakfast which set us up for the day.

We were made to feel very welcome, home from home feeling. Great hosts and a lovely cooked breakfast 😋. Also Plenty of choice of fresh berry's yoghurt and cereal with a good quality pot of tea. A hidden little gem thankyou soooo much..

They couldn’t do enough for you, above and beyond. 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Broadway. room lovely and bright. very clean and comfortable. great breakfast all you need. We would throughly recommend and certainly stay again. Great base to explore the Cotswolds.

Good location for us. On the edge of the town but short walking distance to the town. Comfortable bed. Hosts were lovely. Great breakfast. Beautiful cottage.

Absolutely everything. Hosts were fantastic, welcoming and friendly! The bedroom was absolutely beautifully decorated, tea and coffee facilities in the room were great, the mattresses were comfy and there were robes for us to use too which was a lovely touch! The breakfasts were wonderful and filling and cooked fresh with a wide selection of cereals and fruit etc. We had a lovely walk into town, which is less than a mile away. The property, despite being next to a road, was very quiet and we both slept exceptionally well.

The fact I only booked two nights! I wish we could have stayed longer, it was all wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful. Great location, we walked into Broadway on a couple of occasions its only a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options to choose from hot and cold. Room was spacious with nice ensuite and coffee and tea station.

Room decoration couldve been better, bits looked tired and a few marks on walls. Cups and plates that were used had chips in and not entirely clean with tea and coffee stains in cups.

Very good Breakfast in a lovely room. Lawrence was a great breakfast chef.

Metal bed frame was noisy but the mattress was comfortable.
