The villa was nice and properly equipped, we enjoyed the beach and swimming pool a lot. It was in general child-friendly and nice for families. The staff were friendly and helpful and cleaniness was ok.

Our Villa was beside the swimming pool and playground and it was pretty loud. The ball of children was constantly falling into our yard and the children jumped in to pick it up. This was annoying for us, especially after 9 pm. A higher fence may dissolve this problem. The other thing was some of our neighbors were trespassing our yard all the time to go to the beach instead of taking the public route. Further, we were not informed beforehand about the restaurant being closed!

Great place to stay, very well maintained, very helpfull Stuff (thank you for helping us when arrived late!), great accomodation conditions, fantastic surrounding. Very good place as base when visiting different places with convenient car range. Such a great positive surprise! Thank you for having us!

The photos did not match the property we were alloted. It's very far from the station and no cab service available. They did not provide towel or the basic amenities.

Nice and new chalet, the environment and landscapes, friendly neighbors, and well located close to Nunspeet.

Lack of stuff in the chalet such as a microwave or an oven. The location of the chalet was outside of the resort, in a new area, so it was too far from the restaurant, swimming pool, and no direct access to the beach. It would be good to have had access at least by car, but there was a barrier, so we had to leave the car in the parking lot and then walk through (my mother couldn't do it)

There was rule that can't drive till the room after 23:00

We booked 2 chalets and had overall a decent experience. The main highlights were as follows. 1: The staff were very friendly, and also helped us to book tickets to the nearby Dolphinarium (which is a must visit if you've got kids). 2: The living rooms are well decorated and had lots of plug points. The kitchens also had all the necessary stuff (like utensils, etc.). 3: The location was pretty calming, and the Veluwemeer made it a great place to be in. 4: The sitouts were really nice, and gave the feeling of a welcoming home instead of a "mind-your-own-business" hotel, which is what we were looking for.

It's easy to forget the good stuff when you have a few bad ones. Let me start by saying the experience was not as bad as it might feel like by reading this feedback. 1: The heaters just went off in the middle of the night. We couldn't get that fixed other than getting up shivering and resetting the temperature. This was an absolute bummer, pulling the scores down for me. This happened in both the chalets that we had booked. 2: There were no curtains in one of the bathrooms, and every time someone took bath, it made the whole floor wet. 3: Cleanliness was OK overall but there were some gaps. There were lots of insects inside the house. Also, the beds weren't extremely clean, and we found some hair in the mattress. But the bedsheets were fully cleaned and packed. 4: The club house facilities weren't up to the mark, just a few football games and that's it. The pool was outdoors, not heated and closed as well. 5: One of the 2 chalets had very little privacy as anyone walking on the road could see the living room, so the curtains had to be pulled in the moment it was dark. The other one though had a nice bush in front of the house and you could live the large sliding doors open for some fresh air in the evenings. 6: One of the pins in the oven tray holder was broken in one of the chalets, which made it tricky to warm up food.

Nice waterfront location. Well equipped kitchen. Very neat and nice accommodations. We stayed in a 6 person chalet.

Great location at the Veluwemeer, also in vicinity of many family attractions and nature.

The beautiful grounds and the idylic location. The kids club and the swimming pool was a bonus. Some houses had their own grill so you can have a bbq.

The fact that I had not idea that I need to bring towels, toilet paper, soap etc with us but that's was my fault for not reading the small print.
