-poop smell -Boiler: only one person could shower and then it was getting cold, contacted Landlady and only got a response on our last day saying she didnt see the message. Message was sent within seconds or chatting. -Door handle broken -No extra towels -Elevator broken -Mold inside AC

Location is great. Living area is spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable

Dishwasher would not work. Owner slow to respond to questions. Sink in main bathroom blocked. Some cockroaches in the bathroom. Builders in the apartment below us on week days making a lot of noise.

The location was great as it was next to the "Las Canteras" beach. The apartment was fully equipped plus having a affordable parking in front of the apartment is a plus

The cleanliness was not great when we arrived as we can see dust in several parts. However, I could accept that but the worst was when just after arriving I found a cockroach inside the dishwasher, we found 3 of them the following day in the kitchen and ta bathroom and to make things completely bad, the last day we found one in the ceiling of the master bedroom, We talked to the property during the morning, the option was to fumigate the apartment but in the end it was not possible because we have a little son but they did not say anything till we were back in the evening and not further action was taken while we stayed there, I would have expected some proactivity as the situation didn't help to feel comfortable at the apartment. One of the reasons, to book this place is because it looked modern and well maintained and I would have expected some high standards in the apartment maintenance.

strange smell in the second bedroom

- Comfortable bed / pillows / sofas in the living room - Well equipped kitchen - Stable wifi (I worked one week from home and the internet connection was excellent) - Location (next to the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants) - The apartment is very spacious - Very clean

- Cockroaches in the kitchen (I saw 2 over 14 days; it seems to be a common problem in town in general) - Communication with the owner - In the walk in showers water was spilling all over the floor

Could have been cleaner. Drain smelled. Only one teaspoon left. Host offered to arrange pick-up to get to the airport, which didn’t arrive, so we took a taxi
