I was unlucky as on 11th Floor i got the noise of the AC Plant/

Room and bathroom was clean. The only exception was the bed.

The bed was difficult to sleep in and was hard. One of the beds in the room was sunken in. The bed covers were replaced daily but were still dirty. I felt itchy sleeping in them.

I had a comfortable 1 night stay. My bed was comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly for me. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy.

The leather on the chair was half peeled off. It didn’t look nice to sit on.

Room was very nice, very clean and very quiet, bed is very comfortable, good air conditioner, what’s more a fan was provided, Breakfast was very good. Price was good.

Had to go up or down stairs to use a lift, it’s a problem for elderly.

Room with air conditioning, very good housekeepers, nice breakfast, good showers.

Stairs to reach the escalator, someone smokes weed in the hotel rooms that the smell came the bathroom in my room.

Good hot English breakfast. Pleasant suprise to see yogurts and canned fruit on offer as well. The lady running the breakfast shift was so lovely. For the price, I wasnt expecting much but boy was I wrong! Staff all round friendly and very helpful. Gentleman on the reception was also happy to print out a document I had forgotten to print at the office.

Beds were the old style coil mattresses and could feel them in my back. Rooms were fairly clean. Bathroom Was recently refurbed to a decent standard although the water never really got anything more than luke warm.

The room was very clean, towels changed daily, and there was quality food during breakfast. Free parking with a lot of spaces. And a really comfortable bed.

Everything was great

Shower was big, room was clean, there was a TV and a set to have a cup of tea. Staff was great honestly.

AC broke and in the 5 days I was there It did not get fixed. A fan was provided but it was so hot (worse than outside) that made the experience unpleasant. Beds need renovated too
