Excellent value for money property, very big garden, situated in nydri center and just steps away from the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. You have free acces to the pool next door from palmyra hotel. At the beach, the palmyra hotel staff can bring you food, beverages (just a phone call away).The staff is just great: very friendly, willing to help, answer questions. The garden also has a barbeque area which is well equiped and you can buy fresh fish from nydri market (it's a 15 minutes walk away, right through nydri center). Very good wifi. The living area is very big and looks exactly like it does in the pictures

Although the place is really nice, the pictures do not present the full property so that you can be sure you take a well informed decission when selecting this property. You do have 3 bedrooms, but... The main bedroom is what you see in the pictures (the one with beige colours) and it is very nice.What you don't see in the pictures are the other 2 bedrooms (we saw only the foot of the bed of one of them): they are really small and dark so if you are 3 couples,2 of them will be a little disappointed. On the other hand, they are suitable for kids. The villa has only one shower (shower&toillet at 1st floor and 1 toillet at ground floor) and we had 2 days with cold water (but not really a complaint as we didn"t notice the staff to fix it). It has some unfixed items like broken umbrella, broken chair, in the garden you don't have the sofa from the pictures but you have a table with chairs. All in all, if we would have had clear pictures of all bedrooms, that would have been a fair, complete description of the property.

The villa is very nice and the staff is awesome.

The stair to 1st floor. But it should not be an inconvenience for young and mid age tourists.

The green green garden!!! Big house with plenty of space for the whole family. A welcome food basket and water in the fridge - nice gesture. Kitchen well equipped, also with a washing machine, which we also used. You can order food and drinks in Palmyra hotel nearby, and also use their pool. Rent-a-boat on the beach (50 m from the house) - we used it at very reasonable price for a day.

The double bed was too small for me and my husband since we are used to king-size one. In the kitchen drawers there was a bed smell of mold, so we washed all we needed beforehand.

We had the villa which was amazing. Loads of space and really well equipped, right next to the hotel so we could use all the facilities. Staff were all really helpful, great weather and close to the beach what’s not to like

There were some small things but that would be picky. Overall everything was great
