La practicidad y espacio de la cocina, comedor, salón, habitación, baño privado. La verdad que vale la pena repetir.

Had a great night's sleep there whilst on the Camino. Smooth check in, all the things you need and friendly staff always there to help.

Easy entry. Communicative. Everything very clean.

Thin walls between rooms. Was a snoring guy in the next room. Luckily I was very tired, so fell asleep fast anyway.

Small private bathroom, near a handy cafeteria, supermarkets and main bus station. Some basic foodstuffs available to help with cooking.

First evening 2 hours of noise from elsewhere in building , also a little from gym next door. Not enough that it spoiled my stay.

Staff conduct is excellent. I reached there at night 1200 hours, receptionist opened the door and guided me to the room. She was very polite. Room is clean and tidy. For three rooms, two washroom is absolutely ok.

Location is nearer to Airport but far from city and sea beach.

Comfortable bed, very quiet at a walking distance from the centre of Telde. Staff is friendly and helpful .. Perfect place to catch a taxi early in the morning as airport is very close by . Would come back if in Gran Canaria .

The area is not very charming, it's a residential area but it's pretty dead. Was ok for me as I was travelling alone , but If you are in a romantic trip maybe is not the best choice !

The host was super friendly and reacted really fast, as I booked a room and showed up 10 minutes later :) very convenient if you have an early flight or needs to stay close to Lpa, it s 7 km away from the airport with bus 90 to Telde. Then it’s a 7 min walk to the place, straight ahead! the room is tiny but very clean, I had missed my flight and was very happy to find that place! Bathrooms are clean too and you have a big kitchen if you need to cook.

the surrounding is not great but at least you have a super dino and spar 1 min away.

All you need, very good price for what you get : clean room and bathroom - very modern; nice shared kitchen and what I liked most : "quite" - no slamming doors of other people, no loud talking ; one of the few places where you get a good rest
