The location is on a quiet street and you can park in front of the house.

It wasn't very clean, there were cockroaches. The wind was blowing very hard, you couldn't sit on the terrace and black dust was everywhere, enter the house even if everything was closed. The bathroom was old and not very clean. I didn't have solutions to disinfect and no change of towels. We had to ask the owner for change of towels.

We stayed in the property for 9 nights and it was just the perfect place for a family stay this long. The villa had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine, BBQ, big garage. The size was perfect, the beds very comfortable, and we appreciated that there were two bathrooms and a third toilet. It had access to a pool and while staying there, we were the only users so we had the entire pool area just for ourselves. The owners of the property were very lovely, we communicated on Whatsapp some days before our arrival and the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We also loved the location! There was a kids playground / work-out area right next to the villa, a wonderful secluded beach with black sand and a mountain to hike on. It was quiet and away from busy places but in a walking distance from the town. On top of that, we fell in love with El Medano, with its chilled-hippie-surfer vibe, not too busy and touristy, just and easy-going place to relax, eat well, enjoy the sun, beach and life.

We loved everything. However, it is necessary to point out that El Medano is located close to the airport (which has its advantages!) so you can hear the airplanes at times. We were not bothered by that at all as we are used to it from our own city, but some people may be sensitive to it. Also it can get pretty windy here.

All are great, just inside is a little dated and could be renovated. However the comfort is ok and you can find everything you need.

So windy, I knew this place that is windy there, but also I saw the surrounded houses and I saw that others had a solution how to cover the terrace from the wind. So if they can solve this issue, could be the great place there. Because usually you can't sit at the terrace for the wind.

Location is good with beaches near by, and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shops etc, Pauline who runs the villa is very knowable and helpful, the villa is easy to relax with and the pool is there in view 😀

Only thing to mention is the flight path is right over the villa but flights stop about 8pm.

it is very comfortable with a really beautiful view from the upper balcony. it was very comfortable and has a nice pool. Also our host was great, very friendly and always willing to help.

Great view, all facilities you need and enough space.

Noises from guests in the other part of the house are heard through clearly.

We loved the Villa and our stay here. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel or villa. The villa was clean and well presented. Pauline the host is amazing! So friendly and helpful in arranging taxis for us and letting us stay late for check out when our flights were late and then delayed. I loved the area. I prefer holiday destinations that are not too touristy and El Medano fits the bill. Its a lovely town, with loads of brilliant restaurants, a great atmosphere and we will definitely return to the area and hopefully this villa! The pool is cold, but its a well sheltered area (El Medano is very windy - known for its windsurfing!) and we had it to ourselves most days.

Nothing! Our stay was simply perfect!
