Not much, aside from the view from the balcony.

The apartment had not been cleaned, but fortunately there was a vacuum cleaner, which I used myself. There was a bucket of dirty water sitting on the balcony, which appeared to have been there for some time. The fittings were old and worn out. There was no water when we arrived and wanted to shower, so we called the owner back - he returned promptly.

Fantastic, modern, comfort apartment with everything You need, close to center and old town, bit walk or drive and everything you need is nearby. No direct sunlight on balcony in the morning and daytime, only in the evening

there is almost no water pressure sometimes, but it didn't bother me :)

Super clean 2 bedroom apartment with fridge washing machine kettle and full kitchen about 15 minutes walk to the old town. Supermarket 5 minutes away. I recommend that as theirs no reception that you call the owner beforehand to arrange access otherwise you can't get into the building. Would highly recommend

The apartment is spacious.

The host tried to charged Euro50 for shuttle bus, while I took a taxi for Euro20. One day another guest locked my door, showed me his booking record, I called the host, he came and took him somewhere else. The host tried to charge me more than the booking price, saying that's "commission".

lots of parking space, secure entry, comfortable lift. Flat door is very solid and secure.

Everything was as beautiful and good as I expected, there was nothing that I did not like.

Big apartment and good location

We didn’t have hot water, and in the morning we totally lost water supply. The owner asked me to give 5-star rating when we checked in. we haven’t even stayed in his apartment.

The place was exceptional and really exceeded my expectations , The owner was very helpful , I had a special request on my booking that he have contacted me for within few minutes and had it resolved . On top of offering any kind of help or info I needed . and was there to meet me on the exact time we agreed on . The building itself is new , clean and very quite . plenty of parking spots right in front of it . The location is excellent , the beach , many restaurants and a hyper market are within few minute walk . not to mention that the famous walled city of Famagusta is also within 15-20 minutes walk. The apartment was really clean , internet was fast , and the bed was very comfortable . kitchen is fully equipped and all equipments were clean and almost new . Balcony has a great sea view
