This condo is close to everything and so we didn’t even rent a car because it was all in close walking distance. Feels like we didn’t get the full experience of the area due to tropical storm Debby that rolled in the week we were there. Wish the complex HOA would have left the pool open as the storm was mostly rain. Beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely stay in this area again.

Our son got married in Charleston for their destination wedding. My husband and our other 3 adult children enjoyed the beach condo. Walking to everything was perfect. Seeing the dolphins form the pier was amazing! I highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great stay this past week. Beach walk was a plus being so close to the condo. Was a little too early in the season so pool was a bit too cold. All in all my adult kids and my 2 yr old granddaughter got in some special family moments. We’d stay there again.

The condo was beautiful in a great location overlooking the ocean. Walkable to stores, restaurants and the pier. We went into Charleston a couple times. Everything was very convenient.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was a beautiful place so much space for us four. My granddaughters love it they had their own rooms. It only bad thing was the elevator close to our room was down the whole week we was there, but after all the good food in Folly beach I needed to use the stairs anyway. Thank you all for the great stay.

The elevator didn’t work and carrying the luggage up & down stairs was difficult.

Property verry acceptable, good location, good stay but i got a 4am text that woke me up to give me the check in door code… right before my long vacation drive, I could have used a few more hours of sleep, not good business!

Our stay at Folly Beach was fabulous. Location, location, location ! We had great access to the beach, could see the beach & the pier from our balcony, see the pier lite up at night from our main bedroom & enjoyed live music from our balcony without going anywhere. This end unit was quiet, a little secluded with less traffic from other guests. Great memories from our stay with you !

We had a great stay during our week at this condo. The location was great because it was within walking distance to several restaurants. It is also very close to the pier. The only bad thing about this condo was the door to get in. It is extremely difficult to open and needs to be replaced. We would stay here again though in the future.

We visited for a business meeting and enjoyed the stay very much. It is on the third floor and the stairs are right at the condo door. We used the stairs a good bit it was a short distance to the elevator but there is one. Great view of the pier and the beach. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Good size for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked well. Close to pier beach and great little grill LoggerHeads across street. Could use some TLC it's an older property.

Great condo - had great room for 4 people working / part time vacation. Only things that would have made it greater would have been a desk in one room but used the walk in closet as a standing desk- worked great Water very slow out of refrig (maybe needs a new filter). Ice maker nice! Would definitely recommend and come again!

The location was amazing. The unit was not as nice as we were expecting. We had to have them come and clean again before we were comfortable using the showers. They happily came and addressed the problem. The view from the balcony is a parking lot of the hotel next door. You can see the beach and pier. Overall the property was outdated. We loved the location and the area.

We had a great time, and the property is really nice. Great location and nice views. My only negative comment is for the bed in the master bedroom. It probably needs to be replaced soon. Otherwise, everything was nice!

Our Summer Fun
Perfect location for beach and downtown Folly. Park the car and walk for a week. Accommodations are nice and they help with those little things we forget to bring.(Crock pot and blender, thank goodness for the first trash bag).

We really enjoyed the condo and the beach. Great location! Walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely book again!

Pleasant stay
The property was as advertised in regards to location and there was room for all 6 of us.
The issues we had was that their was only one very slow elevator to get our luggage up and down and it was very hard to find a cart to assist in moving our luggage.
We were not impressed by the cleaning crew. While we were required to remove all our sheets and towels and place them in bags upon departing. This would not have been a big ask if the cleaning crew had done a better of job of actually cleaning the condo before our arrival. We have stayed in many high end condo’s over the year and the cleanliness of this condo was not up to the level we would expect considering the price we paid to stay there for a week.
Other than the fact my wife and daughter cleaned the floors and washed a few dirty kitchen utensils right after we arrived. The overall stay was comfortable and we enjoyed visiting the area.

The layout (as we knew) was large for the two of us and worked well. No issues with the property maintenance. This is not our first time using this complex and prefer an ocean facing property and will book again for quick (2 to 3 day) get aways.

It would be nice to have a partnership with one of the rental companies on the beach to allow them to set up on the beach in front of the villas for visitors flying in who are unable to bring their own. There isn't much of a noise barrier, to no fault of the condo owners, so we heard every noise the folks above us made late in to the night. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed our first trip to Folly Beach.

Overall as had wonderful stay. We did not have any problems with the condo, it was clean, the view & location was great.
