Location excellent, so close to the beach! Rooms comfortable, except for the mention below. Kitchen was wonderful.

The smell was bad at first in the house. We aired out the house before moving our luggage in.. Then the linens on all the beds were smelly. Whatever was used in the laundry was very harmful. We all had to wash all the linens in vinegar to get rid of the perfume smell. The smell was so bad we all were getting allergic reactions to it. I recommend no additions to laundry except soap!

The location is amazing. The porches are great. House is well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels and extra bedding. Sleeps many people, so great for families. We were generally comfortable and recommend the house for a great beach vacation. With a few adjustments, as mentioned above, the accommodations would be great.

The late check-in and early checkout is inconvenient. Also for the price, the parking should be included. The house was generally clean, but the upstairs decor needs an upgrade. Should replace rugs and curtains and also do a complete spring cleaning of upstairs. There was lots of dust on windows and curtains in upstairs bedrooms. Rugs, curtains and blinds upstairs very old and tattered. The first floor looks more recently renovated and was very clean.
