Overall great experience

The unit was clean and well equipped. No aircon but the small heater warmed the area well. The parking spot was very tight for a medium to large car. Hot water was a little hit and miss at times.

Limited water view out to sea between 2 buildings. Limited linen provided - no floor mat or hand towels in bathroom and no top sheet on bed. Initially no heater was provided but cleaner was called and she removed heater from locked cupboard - this was disappointing as it was the end of autumn when we stayed. Large fridge, recliner lounge chairs and kitchen were good. Coffee machine provided but no pods provided. Provision of additional linen and other items could improve stay experience.

The view and location are a win. The place was clean and tidy in arrival. The owners were polite and pleasant to interact with. The only let down was the linen and beds. Only 4 towels were supplied, no bath mat, face washers or hand towels. The towels were a little thin. The sheet design suited the unit but unfortunately felt synthetic and no flat sheet, just a doona. We found that we overheated and sweated. The matresses and pillows did not lead to great sleep. We ended up enjoying a full day then left early to sleep the second night at home. With a few small changes this place would easily be a 5 star recommendation, currently 2.5

My girlfriends and I had a great weekend getaway at Sargis's place. Check in was easy, location was great, and property matched the photos. There was a slight hiccup with the shower but Sargis made himself available and resolved it. He was a great communicator, prompt and went above to make our stay even better by giving us a late check out. Thank you Sargis for hosting us, we really enjoyed our stay!!! Overall the unit was very good modern kitchen, new appliances. Unfortunately it was a wet weekend and not having a clothes dryer or hair dryer was disappointing. The floor looked clean but was quite gritty and the fan in the second bedroom was very dusty, I cleaned it but it needs a thorough clean. The beds had no top sheets which meant we had to take doonas out of covers as it was too hot and its a shame the windows in the bedrooms could not be opened. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place. Perfect location. A bath mat would be a nice touch and a towel per person (though were advised to bring our own additional). Oh and a lamp in the lounge area would be more relaxing, than the lights in the fans! Otherwise we enjoyed our brief stay.

Within walking distance down the back stairs to the beach and a nice scenic walk along the coast to most cafes/shops. I absolutely loved the kitchen and eat-in island bench. Great that bodyboards, DVDs and boardgames were provided too! You may need to bring extra towels if you have more than 2 people and there's no dryer but there is a generously-sized front loading washing machine.

Clean and tidy unit right on the beach. Great location, easy walk along the boardwalk to the town centre. Loved the kitchen. Great communication with the host. Kids had lots of fun, we’d stay again.

Top little Unit right by the Beach and everything else is only a walk away

Literally steps away from the beach while still close to shops and restaurants. Kids didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back!

We were very impressed with the presentation. I loved the fully stocked cleaning cupboard and The washing machine. It was easy to keep clean. So relaxing. Comfy lounges that all recline. Comfy beds. Boogie boards for us to use. Great fridge with cold water non stop. Great Loved the little deck area. Great light but can use blinds. Loved the place. Highly recommend staying here.

This property was lovely. Right on the beach, near the surf life saving club so right near the flags. Beautiful little unit with a view of the ocean from the balcony. Unit has everything you need except wifi. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great apartment with beach views and beach access. Easy walk into town. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location within minutes walk to The Entrance centre and shops. Very comfortable beds. Minimal basics supplied so will need to take EVERYTHING - salt/cling wrap/cooking spray etc. For the price it is most definitely worth the $$. Would stay again.
