Great hotel in a nice neighbourhood convenient for getting around the city of Siem Reep. Rooms are large, air con is good & pool on the roof id beautiful.

I tried to check out sooner I couldn’t on Booking.com and they forced me to pay forcthe full stay

comfortable and affordable. AC worked well.

my room wasn’t properly cleaned. I found used pads in the wastebin. I called the front desk to have them take care of it.

I had been waiting to stay at this hotel after seeing it back in 2020 just before covid started. Was happy when I saw it advertised again late 2022 so I booked 2 family rooms for 9 people. My wife is Cambodian and 5 of us had flights arranged to arrive in siem reap on 25th Jan 2023 from bangkok. I booked a late afternoon airport pick up through the hotel which was going to charge $22. This was our first big family holiday for us and we were all excited to see each other again. I messaged the hotel telling them that 4 members of my wifes family would be arriving a few hours before us and would they please let them into 1 of the family rooms. 08:00 on the expected arrival day i recieved a conformation email saying that the hotel were looking forward to seeing us and to look out for our driver with my name on a card at the airport. My wifes family arrived at the hotel as expected only to be told the family rooms were full already. Whoever they spoke to were quite short and rude with them so they called us as we were waiting to board the flight from Bangkok. The 08:00 email i recieved was for some reason then deleted by the hotel around 12:00 I spoke to the hotel from the airport and they said they were going to sort something out when we arrived. Upon arrival at siem reap airport there was no one there to pick us up as arranged (and confirmed) so we got an approved taxi which was run by official cambodia tourism staff for only $15 (the official price). After explaining our situation to the staff they called the hotel to ask what was going on. We were eventually taken to a nearby hotel called okay 2 villa and offered rooms which only had beds for 7 of our party of 9 people and told that this was all they could do. Having 4 children in the party we decided it would be possible (although cramped) to take the rooms as it was starting to get late in the day and we wanted to go out for food.
