The location, the staff and the house were quite great. Worth every penny :) I would ignore the negative comments here, you get exactly what you pay for. The owners also told us that there is going to be a huge renovation going for next year so then this place will be 10 out of 10.

The house is big and was nice to have the big common areas (kitchen and varanda) because we spent lots of time together with our friends. We could cook dinner one night as the kitchen has lots of cooking pots (and we all love seafood, then was perfect to cook our pasta and seafood feast). The bedroom upstairs has a view to La Cinta beach, definitely a bonus and Salvatore, the key keeper is amazing. He helped with everything and looked after us sending tips of places to visit and eat.

The mattresses were awful, super hard and felt like sleeping on the floor. The boxes in both bathrooms were incredible small and not comfortable at all to take a proper shower, you barely can move. The owners could put a shower outside as well, before entering the house, where there is a tap (kind of broken) for us to take a quick shower and remove any sand before entering the house. Sure our mistake as we didn’t pay attention, but there is no AC, keep this is mind as was a bit difficult to sleep only with the fan.

50m from the village centre. I’ve been staying in San Teodoro twice a year for 6-7 years and this is the best place yet. Easy parking on site. Freezer, fans, two actual bedrooms (in ST they often lie about beds and locations, that’s not the case with this property). Staff were attentive and friendly. I will be booking this villa for next year! Great views of across the village.

Only minor comment would be that that they need some drinking glasses and more utensils. But honestly that’s the biggest problem I could find!
