Muy buena atención y muy amplia las habitaciones

Recomiendo mil veces este lugar lo ame muy cómodo, privado y con relación al precio estuvo super bien. Queda super cerca a todo a los muelles, al centro y a la playa principal. Pero sobretodo lo que más ame fue a la señora Nuri un ser humano muy amable desde el día que llegamos, nos guardo las maletas hasta tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y en ese tiempo realizamos más actividades y ella muy amable nos guardo las maletas, la verdad se los recomiendo su precio es bueno y sobretodo la calidad humana de ella lo hace el doble de bueno.

Todo me gustó no tengo ninguna sugerencia.

Spacious room, kept cool and pleasant via A/C, and good location in town

the attention from the lady who cleans the place. impressive how she is friendly, attentive and always wanting to collaborate. I arrived and the room was in good temperature with the air conditioning on. Another great fact is the closeness to shopping area and board walk. The bed frame is very comfortable.

the shower is small and has only cold water. The cover linen has several stain spot. the pillow is too low in height.

They let me enter early in the morning, which I appreciated a lot. Wifi works fine. Location is quite convenient, 15 min walk to the airport and 5 min to spratt beach. The bedding mattress is quite hard, which I like, bu if you do not then that can be inconvenient. The price is fair.

The shower could be improved as water tends to accumulate on the floor and it gets uncomfortable. The window is very small, so little light comes in, but these are mere small annoyances.

the location is very good and the owner is a lovely lady that welcomed us warmly. The cleaning guy asked us in the morning if we need the room cleaned and we did refuse since we were there only one day.

the mattress is spent, the bathroom is short (my boyfriend could not stand up to brush his teeth and he is 1.85m. There was no shower head and I am not inclined to accept the “it is not usual in these islands” excuse because the next hotel had it. it costs 10$ let’s be honest it is just cheap. the little carpet did not looks great though I suspect it was just tattered because I noticed them taking them out to wash after someone else left. there was a fridge in the room. that fridge was probably manufactured in the 60’s because the body of the fridge was made out of wood. and it was mildly to one side. I found that positively disgusting. We were offered to book a taxi to take ours to the hotel from the airport in advance. Since arrived rather late we decided to book it. the price was 20.000 and we were told that this is the minimum in the island. We arrived and after we waited 10’ on a pre-booked taxi that knew when we are arriving when the time came he tried to convince us that the price was 25.000 he only conceded when we showed him proof with the expression “a guy can only try” that a rejected man gives to you in a bar. Later we took a taxi to go the airport and it cost us 15.000.

It was super clean and the staff is really awesome!
