Impecable chalet en planta baja. Totalmente equipado y amueblado; Aire acondicionado central, ventiladores de techo, acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad, estéreo con CD, dos (2) televisores con cable, cocina recientemente renovada, lavadora y secadora. Cama tamaño queen en el dormitorio principal y dos camas dobles en el dormitorio de invitados, además de un sofá cama doble y una cuna plegable individual. Dos amplias terrazas, y espectaculares vistas al campo de golf, lago y montañas. Las villas cuentan con control de acceso seguro las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, una gran piscina compartida, y está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa privada y del hotel / casino / restaurante Wyndham Garden. Elija cenas gourmet, golf junto al mar en los campos de Palms y Flamboyán, muchas canchas de tenis y paseos a caballo o simplemente disfrute en el Casino. The pictures don't do the villa justice. The beach is a quick walk across the street and down a path. The pool is outstanding. I'm giving 5 stars because the beds are the extremely comfortable and because of the large dehumidifier that keeps the villa at a very comfortable 55% humidity as long as you empty the bucket in the morning and before you go to bed. I would definitely recommend.

Sarah and Victor’s property was just as pictured and, in particular, we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch, with its views of the golf course, lake, and wildlife. Weather in May was hot, so we needed the AC, but that worked fine. Condo was well stocked with necessities. We like the Palmas del Mar community, and Fairlakes Village is across the street from each beach access ... and it also has a nice pool. Apartment was generally clean, though there were a couple of small issues, such as dusty ceiling fans. However, when we called Sarah about that, she arranged right away to the condo recleaned. Highly recommended!

The Villa was first class all the way. Much more comfortable than a luxury hotel. The proximity to the beach, pool and restaurants was great. It all made for a great and relaxing vacation.

From the start, Sarah was truly very accommodating. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and my first time to use VRBO. She was always ready to answer all my questions and her disarming nature during our phone conversations put me at ease right away. She had directions to the villa and her detailed sheet of information regarding nearby restaurants, groceries, amenities and activities proved extremely helpful. The villa itself is perfect - just as pictured on the site. When we walked through the door for the first time, we felt right at home. There is a tangible sense of warmth and security. Sarah's villa is complete with the essentials and even more. Her thoughtfulness is seen in her little touches of toiletry essentials - much like one would see at hotels. With her well stocked linen and kitchen cabinets, there is no need for anything else - except your food, of course. My teenage sons and I enjoyed feeding the turtles, birds, and ducks that live on the pond that runs at the back of the property. The golf carts were a huge hit with my husband and our sons as well. The pool is nearby and the private beach is a short walk away. We are so thankful to have found Sarah and Victor's villa. We hope to return to Palmas del Mar and stay at Sarah and Victor's villa again next year!

Exactly as pictured X 10. I'm hesitant on rating this property as it may make it more difficult for me to rent in the future. Clean, 3 minute walk the beach and the indigenous flora and fauna is AMAZING. Love it and will most DEFINITELY rent again from in the near future.

This Villa is exactly as it is looks in the promo information, outstanding! This was our first of experience of Puerto Rico, and it will certainly not be the last time that we will visit this friendly island,
Sarah and Victor are delight to work with and made the renting process a breeze. Sarah's information package and directions will make your journey from the airport to the management office to collect the keys a stress free process. Just unpack and relax.
The Villa has everything that you will need. If all you want to do is make coffee to enjoy on the patio in the morning and eat out...... or prepare your own meals in the gourmet kitchen, this place will have all of your requirements covered. The beach is just steps away and the Golf Course Club House is just around the corner.
We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone.

The villa was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet and convenient to everything. A simple walk to the beach and tennis. Palmas Del Mar is an incredibly beautiful area and the people are very friendly. The restaurants are all good but stay away from the food at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Resort. It's bad and expensive. If you must eat there pay attention, they slip the gratuity into the bill. I gave the waiter, who was very nice, a fantastic tip. I highly recommend this rental to everyone.

This is a beautiful resort that me and my family will be staying at again. The resort itself is magnificent. My family included my wife, myself, our daughter and my wife's father, and we all fit very comfortable. You can relax at the choice of two beautiful pools or the beach. It's a very short golf cart ride or car ride to great dining or you can go shopping and cook at the house which I thought was a great plus to save some $$. It was perfect for us and I highly recommend staying there. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fairlakes Village. From the initial inquiry until we arrived, we had great communication with the owner, and the condo was just as described and pictured. No surprises.
It was great to have a cup of coffee in the morning on the patio and be so close to the ducks and turtles --so peaceful. Then golf and beach for the day and back for a few Pina Coladas. Sarah's (the owner) tip sheet on what to do, where to shop, restaurants really helps. We took a day trip to Vieques Island and really enjoyed the snorkeling and time lounging on the boat.
As a family of four with two teenagers, this was our first experience with VRBO. It was much nicer than a cramped hotel for a family vacation. We will recommend this condo to our family and friends.
