We had another absolutely amazing stay at this adorable cottage. The host Jackie is amazing to communicate with and super accommodating. The location is fantastic and the cottage couldn’t be more adorable inside, with attention to detail in every little nook and cranny. We can’t wait to come back and stay!

I was early and met the host, Jackie, who was just finishing up before our arrival. She was lovely and upon hearing I am a celiac, offered to bring some homemade bread she had baked that day, as it was gluten free! What a lovely gesture. My mother in law and I were in town for a baby shower. She slept in the bed and said it was surprisingly quiet in the room, and the king bed was very comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed, which was not too bad. The property is beautifully decorated and the location can't be beat for walking Jacksonville. The bathroom and kitchen were carefully curated and wanted for nothing. There was a local craft market right across the street on Sunday morning. We will definitely be back.

Thoughtfully curated, with French influenced decor and a myriad of well placed conveniences such as a welcome basket, bottled water, chocolates by the comfortable bed, etc. Check in process couldn’t have been easier with a coded/keyed entry, and we appreciated the texts from our host to confirm everything was as anticipated. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio for morning coffee, while the side patio offered a great spot for people watching and a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook if one was so inclined, with a local upscale market one block away. We opted to bring in dinner from restaurants just steps away instead of dining out as we loved the ambiance of the home. We travel throughout the world and this is definitely one of the best rentals we have experienced. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Originally from the area and returned for a visit. Always loved Jacksonville, but this home made it even more special. Such a unique setting inside and out! Jackie was so gracious and welcoming! Wine and treats so appreciated. Home was so well equipped with all you would expect, but so many small essentials as well. Walking distance to all in Jacksonville. Park your car and forget it. Expand your horizons with a short drive to the Applegate Valley vineyards. We will return. Thanks Jackie!

Our son and daughter-in-law recently moved to Jacksonville so my husband and I were excited to visit their new little town. It’s such a quaint village that transported us to times gone by…such a beautiful area!
We were very impressed with Jackie’s home away from home. Every amenity was provided for from kitchen to bath needs and the home is beautifully decorated in a French style.
We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio out front one morning and enjoyed the live music from the pop up farmers market across the street. We also enjoyed seeing a few deer passing by earlier in the day.
There are many wineries in the area and some great places to dine and wine taste in town, too.
We will be returning in the fall again and looking forward to seeing the fall colors and staying at Jackie’s…don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful enchanting home!

This was such a beautiful property. There was no detail overlooked, the furnishings and linens transported us to the French countryside. Jacksonville is a charming little town. It is within a block and a half walk to the downtown and all the quaint shops and wonderful dining experiences. I recommend staying at this property to anyone that desires a responsive and communicative property owner, who truly wants you to have a joyful, relaxing stay.

First of all, the place is beautifully decorated and in the heart of downtown Jacksonville but still very quiet and quaint. Jackie is the perfect Host. We got to check in early(didn’t even ask) and it was my bday and she had the most beautiful cake, card, and candles waiting for me. As well as lots of snacks, a few waters and creamer for my coffee. So thoughtful. We stayed for 3 nights and loved our stay there. It has everything you could possibly need and more. We will definitely be back.

I loved this property! Very beautiful details in every room that made you feel like you were living in luxury. A stunning and fully stocked kitchen so that I was able to cook breakfast and dinner without issue. Washer and dryer for laundry was very helpful after hiking. Gorgeous patio and the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. Owner Jackie left a detailed informative binder for use as well as laminated info sheets where needed, like for wifi and lights. I also appreciated the small details like chocolates by the bed and some bathroom items in case of need. The bathrobes and slippers were so nice and made us feel pampered. The price was also affordable for such a stunning piece of property to have the opportunity to stay at! Thank you so much Jackie!

My wife & I felt at home in this beautiful cottage. It is well decorated & comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to local restaurants & shops. The host, Jackie has thought of everything from luxury towels & bedding to complimentary ear plugs & treats. She is an amazing & responsive communicator - she even left a handwritten card to my wife & I. The outdoor space here is equally amazing & we enjoyed our morning coffee there. The kitchen is fully stocked, but we opted to eat at the many wonderful restaurants nearby. We hope to return to this property again.

Charming House in a Great Location
This is a charming cottage that truly made us feel like we were back in France. There was a terrific attention to detail and the comfort of the guests - everything from toiletries, to the coffee bar to fresh flowers. The bed was one of the best we've experienced in a rental and there was a nice outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine. The cottage is conveniently located just a couple blocks from downtown Jacksonville.

Cute property with all the amenities you could ask for
Great location and lovely house. The bed is Heaven and the kitchen is terrific. Due to bad weather the restaurants closed but it was ok as we enjoy cooking & our host provides all of the tools. Our host responded quickly when contacted. We have already recommended to friends and will definitely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful cottage.It was like staying in a French country house.
Every conceivable amenity was there. We were welcomed with a card for our anniversary and wine and goodies.
The owner had thoughtful and fun suggestions for activities and restaurants. Great communication. I would never stay anywhere else in the area. This cottage is truly a gem.

Absolute must
Going to Southern Oregon? Stay HERE! Comfortable + luxury nestled in such a quaint historic and vacationlike setting. Walkable to everything. Picture perfect. Our host provided us everything we needed- great communication, VERY clean home, special attention to quality amenities. It was like staying in a five star hotel in France in the middle of Oregon. When we went, it was during the COVID pandemic and we saw how much our hosts did to ensure our safety. We will come back again.

A gem in Jacksonville
Great rental in downtown Jacksonville (For two traveling adults)! This is our second stay at one of Jackie’s properties and could not have been more pleased! The property is adorable and has a very cool history! The bed is comfortable, linens are high quality, amenities are top-notch and the owner is the best! We would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic VRBO! The property couldn't have been more perfect . . . plenty of room with all the amenities! One fabulous bedroom which was great for us, but the sofa would make out into a great 2nd bed. Fabulous linens and towels. COMPLETELY stocked kitchen! Love the gift basket of treats!! Literally 2 blocks from the Jacksonville shops, 5 miles from Medford and Jacksonville - Applegate vineyards all around you! We will definitely be back - longer stay next time. And wonderful communication with the owner through all this CoVID. Thank you! ! !

Wonderful Week in Jacksonville
This is our 2nd time staying at The Laundry in Jacksonville and we could not have had a more perfect stay. We arrived right before Christmas and Jackie had put up a Christmas tree and decorated the house for the holiday. It is touches like this that make this rental such a special place to stay. Beautiful property in great downtown location
This was an absolutely lovely property both inside and out. The owner, Jackie, had thought of everything - down to the smallest details, to make our trip enjoyable and everything easy to use/find. She went out of her way to make us feel at home, writing us a sweet card and leaving a goodie basket and some beverages in the refrigerator.
The bed was super cozy and the bedding/towels were luxurious. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO before. We usually stay at 5 star hotels. As there aren’t any in the area, this was the ultimate find. We will definitely try to book this property again when we come back to the area.

South of France
Property placed us in France !! Lovely and so inviting, beautiful decor, luscious linens. Looks like a French Chateau inside with a lovely patio. You are in walking distance of the town with great restaurants, shops. We never felt as though we were staying right in town across from City Hall. Everything we needed was provided for our stay away from home. We cooked several meals and kitchen was fantastic. Attention to detail was amazing. Love to return when time allows.
