樓中樓床很大！空間很寬敞

一進去房間有一個很大的味道，看評論說是霉味但我們覺得好像不是，需要開一陣子冷氣味道才沒有那麼重，或是我們已經習慣了。泡浴前有先把浴缸泡滿水一次，發現還是會有一些沒有清理掉的小東西，建議要先把浴缸洗一洗再去泡。然後因為他的水龍頭跟他的浴缸的開水設施是連在一起的（就是不能一邊洗澡，一邊放水），就變得把身體洗乾淨後，需要等水放滿了才能進去。

下午茶，溫泉浴缸大，洗沫用品是很不錯的牌子，櫃檯人員服務親切，雙人房雖然小巧但是浴缸跟浴室分開很好

洗手盆堵塞，明明是家庭房但是衛生紙都只有一份，結果還要去櫃台拿再回來自己換上，蓮蓬頭跟浴缸在一起多人洗澡很不方便，一樓插頭不足沒有多附延長線之類的，沙發縫隙竟然有多粒藥丸，沙發底下還有幾粒不知道是蟑螂蛋還是果實類的黑色東西，今天如果是嬰幼兒可能會誤吞

Free sumptious breakfast and adequate afternoon tea provided. Hotel is beautifully designed in Japanese style. I had the loft room which had 2 storeys. Spacious and lovely bedroom upstairs and gigantic bathroom with a large tub for soaking in hot spring water.

Only criticism is that the the lift does not reach the ground floor. Needs to carry luggage up 6 steps to reach the lift. 1st floor aircon in my room was also not working well so can get a bit warm hanging out in the downstairs space.

The hot spring took FOREVER to fill. There are NO windows. The bed was hard. There was a dehumidifier in the middle of the small room pumping hot air. The shower leaked and covered the floor next to the bed in water. Mold.

Cozy room and central location slightly off the main streets of Jiaoxi. Big bathtub to enjoy the hot spring water.

Parking is a bit hard because of the very small entrance.

整天格局，配置，房型都很喜歡，泡湯的池子也很大很舒適！

不知道為什麼，整個晚上都要蹦蹦蹦的聲音，直至我們退房還有，泡澡到一半還會莫名奇妙有開門聲，很像自己房間門被打開了？ 喔，晚上樓梯間還會一直有腳步聲，就是有點恐怖😓 其他都很棒～

Room and toilet mouldy. No windows in room. Hot spring water not up to standard. Should have more variety in breakfast & tea-time. Food quality can be better. Poor Wi-Fi.

Great location, very good decorations and clean room. The hot spring tub is clean and the room service is good. The free luggage deposit service is appreciated and the friendliness of the staff is commendable.

Too many mosquitoes! The shampoo makes hair too dry and no helps even after applying conditioner.

Breakfast was actually better than expectation, there are many options. Bed is comfy and toilet with electronic bidet is a plus.

The room is not soundproof enough, I could hear my neighbor snoring (but not very loud) at midnight. And the space between the bed and the tv wall is too narrow, I have to crab walk a little to go through.

Tea break is provided. The staff are very responsive.

The in-room bathtub was a joy after several days of cycling. Piped in with naturally hot spring water. Room faced a street with several F&B and tge hotel was clever to use bathroom with a glass door to sound-proof the main bedroom. And book the massage. Heavenly!
