Nada. Es un hotel viejo y con poco mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

Las habitaciones y en general el mal mantenimiento de sus instalaciones y con una limpieza bastante deficiente.

Gostei da localização do hotel, do atendimento dos funcionarios, Fiquei no hotel devido a convenção de negocio ter sido realizado no hotel.

Do quarto em que fiquei hospedado, muito úmido com cheiro de mofo, as camas parecia que estava molhada de tanta umidade no quarto. Tive problema de renite devido a isto.

O Hotlel não disponibiliza serviço de manobrista, o que incomoda muito ao chegar pq tem que dar a volta em 2 quadras para poder contornar e retornar ao estacionamento quando da saída da recepção.

Quarto estava sujo, ar condicionado estava pingando em todo o quarto, banheiro com toalhas úmidas/ molhadas a chegada no quarto. Não havia cobertor disponível (nenhum). Cafe da manhã não é o prometido.

Location is the best in Fortaleza.

Old and falling apart. Needs updating, comfort is ok. Breakfast is ok. Location is the only reason it cost so much. Location is great!

The staff here is the absolute best! They truly make the stay so much better & are always so attentive, helpful, and kind. The location is also perfect. I've stayed here 3 times and will continue to come back!

Was placed in a triple room when ordered a king suite.

The hotel is well located at the seaside. The staff is very friendly and helpful! great breakfast!

We had to change the room twice. the first room we got assigned was located in the side arm of the hotel (3rd floor) just above the kitchen ventilator producing an unacceptable noise. Switched to the second room located at the backside, having the a very noisy road as neighbor it was nearly impossible to sleep. The hotel does not have soundproof windows. Switched to the 3rd room in the 5th floor we finally could enjoy our stay. The rooms could be renovated as well to meet modern facilities expected for the price range of this hotel.

everything does not match with they offer in the pictures. rooms were old. mattresses old. not sound proof, very noise. rooms were not clean at all. internet does not work. staff not willing to support. breakfast I rather not comment… was terrible.

The breakfast was terrific, with a wide variety of cake and tapiocas! The pool was super nice with a bar in it. The gym is small but with a nice view of the pool. The location is fantastic! Would definitely recommend staying there. Nice view of the sea on the breakfast.

The couches outside are nice Good in restaurant is quite fine

Very dated, rooms smelt damp and dark if you don't have a pool view, just a bit weird really. Not 4 star

The restaurant closes too early, particularly on holidays this is unconfortable

We had 2 rooms booked and they only gave us 1 then charged us a no show fee for the 2nd. we asked repeatedly for the 2nd room but they wouldn't give it to us. I have not seen a refund yet. We're very unhappy.

That the buggy of the kids did not fit into the elevator and needed to take the stairs.
