Breakfast was amazing. Loved the bread and butter. Coffee was good too. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Please check your room for bedbugs. Our family got bed bug bites after stay in here. I’ve contacted hotel immediately after noticed bites. They said thank you for letting them know. I hope they sorted out bedbug issue. Actually this cost me time, money and peace of mind. Because after this issue, as soon as we came back home was have to examine every single item, steam it, or use a chemical spray before getting indoor. It was such a tough thing. Please double check and examine your room in there!

Everything about our stay was exceptional! We had a balcony with mountain views. The meal in the restaurant we had for dinner was delicious. The breakfast had hot options as well as ample choices.

I wish I had booked more nights at this hotel.

Location of the hotel is very convenient and it’s only 2 mins away from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about Switzerland. Pity that I didn’t manage to get a room with a good view though.

No bidet in the toilet.

Excellent location close to market and train station. Rooms were quiet, nicely furnished and breakfast was delicious. Restaurant downstairs was also convenient for lunch and dinner.

Bathroom was dated and could use an update.

I cannot find any big issue at all. Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic, only1-2min walk from the train station. There is elevator upto rooms. Bedsheet and towel was clean and they clean everyday.

Room is slightly tight and there is no place to put multiple travel bags and stuffs.

Hotel is at the heart of Grindelwald, close to train station, to the sports center with a nice view, staffs were accomodating, available parking lot.

The room was somehow warm. An electric fan would be helpful.

The property was conveniently placed only one minute walk from Grindelwald train station. The allocated apartment room was set back from the street, with lift great for carrying luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The single beds pushed together wasn’t suitable for a couple. This was somewhat rectified by the property but still not the best.

No kettle in the room

convenient location for public transport, nearby carpark, good room size and breakfast.

Except bed is quite soft and no kettle at room for hot drink, everything is good.
