The breakfast was lovely continental Vielsalm is the perfect location for exploring the area and into Germany. We came to vielsalm as a group on motorcycles to explore the area . Harold and his staff were welcoming . He allowed us to park our motorcycles in his large garage overnight for security

Welcoming reception, very spacious and well planned room with bath (in an old barn), views to the park of the hotel, alongside a beautiful running stream. Had a simple but tasty dinner at the hotel and a rich breakfast. Recommended for a hid away overnight on tour or a great choice for a longer stay in Belgium's Ardennes.

The included breakfast was excellent. Big range and well prepared. The evening meals also good. The host and all staff very helpful. Located close to town centre and lake. In lovely grounds. Very comfortable and spacious studio room. Real value for money.

The usual problem nowadays- a quilt is too hot in summer. Solve that by removing the quilt and sleeping under just the cover.

Breakfast was ok, enough food for a breakfast. (eggs, bacon, beans, bread, coffee, tea, milk, yoghurt, meat and cheese, enz.) The beds were splendid, The studio was cozy. Not far from the center of Vielsalm.

We rent a studio with a microwave, but there was no fork and knife nor plates. No teabags and a few coffee pads (2) for 3 nights.

Cozy studio with a view on nature, very friendly staff and excellent food! Also a great location to reach hike spots in the surroundings.

Shower pressure was weak (maybe because of altitude) and beds bit painful for our backs
