The staff were very welcoming, which helped after a long day in London on the hottest day of the year. The location was perfect for visiting my work's office, as well as being able to unwind for dinner and a drink nearby.

Whilst it may be my own fault for not checking, I was disappointed to find that there was no AC available within the room, which meant having to have the window open to try cool the room down. Having the window open then meant that the significant amount of traffic noise late in to the night, combined with loud deliveries starting from around 4:30 in the morning meant that it was a very broken night of sleep, in a hot and uncomfortable room. The general cleanliness was ok, however there was no hand soap, a lot of surfaces could've done with being dusted down and the room in general was very cramped with about a foot of space between the foot of the bed and the end of the room, the wardrobe doors couldn't fully open due to hitting the bed and the bathroom door and shower screen also hit each other if open due to the small space. Even for a third of the price, I wouldn't stay again in summer and in general I would probably avoid this hotel in the future.

Good location and value for money.

Emergency booking at this hotel after another chain hotel overbooked and cancelled my room at 9.30pm. It’s very well presented externally and room was large for London and comfortable.

Reception team were very giggly and unprofessional. There was lots of side talk in another language when I had 30 seconds difficulty with the iPad check in. My room was on the ground floor, street level with a huge unlockable window which made me uncomfortable. I went back to reception to ask for an alternative and again, rude, laughing, eye rolling. I did get another room but difficult not to be put off by the staff reaction. I didn’t plan to stay in this hotel and wouldn’t visit again.
