The apartment was very spacious and kept very clean. It was 2 bedroom and and it had 2 bathrooms, which was great when you have 2 couples. We had a great view from the balcony, even though the trees partially blocked the view of the ocean. That's okay, because we knew that before we booked. We had a great view of the pool and what was going on around us. It was good to have the 2nd toilet outside the second bathroom. Dana the Manager was great and ready to help us with any questions that we had.
I can't think of anything that we disliked.

Beautiful trees , pool view lovely, lovely large windows, very peaceful . Great restaurants across the road, beach within walking distance , grocery’s three klms away. So great location, plus lovely unit .

Big apartment. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Helpful, friendly staff who provided extra milk when asked. Good location close to the marina.
A little worn. Could do with some more homely furniture to fill out the space. No quilts on the bed - although blankets provided in linen cupboard.

Roomy, clean and comfortable.
Lovely heated pool.
Would have preferred a duvet on the bed as it’s July, rather than a sheet and blanket.

Beautiful views, awesome open plan living and space. Large rooms and absolutely awesome verandah perfect for entertaining or enjoying the views. Had necessities like bbq spray, alfoil, gladwrap, paper towel which was very useful. Easy entry to room from basement no need for key only to garage at night & pool.
Pillows were uncomfortable. Car park was very tight for LC wagon between two pilons.

Great size apartment, we booked a 3 bedroom, had an amazing view on the 5th floor. Very clean and handy to marina and Boat Club. Very nice pool

Amazing large apartment, pool refreshing and bbq facilities were great, the bbq box was a great idea, undercover secure parking, decent size tv, location handy to club across the road for dinner
2nd bedroom small for two people and got very hot, door to balcony very loud to open and close, extra comfy chairs in lounge room

The people above us lol told us to be quiet.

Power cuts. 4 on the first night. V worried about setting alarm for morning when we needed to be upvv by early fir a race

Dana was awesome, she helped us book our tour, provided us with a cooler bag and was really knowledgeable of everything about Hervey Bay, plus she was really friendly.
Nothing, we had an awesome time and wish we had spent longer here!

I found the property to be in a good location, staff where friendly. However I found that it was a bit expensive seeming though you had to take out the rubbish yourself and basically keep the place clean. So why are the prices so expensive??
stayed here after returning from Fraser Island, as it was Australia Day nothing was opened which made it extremely difficult to have breakfast!!!

The apartment size is massive. Very comfortable. Swimming is not crowded. Plenty of parking and road size parking as well.

Spaciousness and layout of unit, friendly and professional reception staff. Quiet position with not a lot of through traffic was also a bonus. Lovely clean unit.

We have never been to Hervey Bay, and we loved it the location of Akama was for us, in a great location. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly and very helpful.
We enjoyed our time at the boat club across the road and the walk along the beautiful pier.

Good location out of the main esplanade of Hervey Bay. Sensational views from the penthouse floors over wide Bay Area. Heated pool and spa. apartments are large layout & well appointed.
Traffic noise carried from the roads. The apartments are now 15 years old and in desperate need of long term maintenance. Repainting new fixtures & fittings due to rust. (rust is common in Hervey Bay)).
