J’ai adoré cet hôtel, la piscine « infinity » avec vue magnifique sur l’océan, Spa très agréable avec une équipe très professionnelle, le décor bien convivial avec une ambiance très agréable, petit déjeuner délicieux et le restaurant est très bon aussi pour les autres repas de la journée, je reviendrai avec mes amis prochainement
Une machine de café espresso dans la chambre est nécessaire

Le personnel est très gentil avec une mention spéciale pour le personnel du restaurant : Tous sont attentifs, souriants, et professionnels.
Nous recommandons également le restaurant. Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Les mets sont préparés et présentés avec soin et sont excellents.
Nos compliments aux chefs !
Un seul bémol : la difficulté à réserver des soins.

Wonderful position on the cliff. Staff very friendly. Room was good with lovely balcony. Good breakfast.
We booked for the secure parking but our car couldn’t make the turns to get parked. Made for a fraught arrival. We used the open parking once a place became free which was fine. Our room keys didn’t work first time around. The internet needed repeated logging- in which is unusual nowadays.

Reception was very good and breakfasts were excellent.
I think the bedroom was dated and did not fully justify the cost. We were also disappointed that the air conditioning was limited to +/- 3 degrees of a pre set temperature. The room was still very warm even when selecting the lowest possible temperature

The location was lovely near the beach.
The restaurant meals was overpriced for standard mediocre dishes. The staff were nice but took a long time to serve all our dishes and forgot our desserts. Almost an hour wait.

Not sure why we were out on the 1st floor when the hotel clearly wasn’t full and floors 2 and 3 had better views

I left a pair of earrings behind and emailed the hôtel. The hôtel téléphoned me and confirmed the earrings had been found and that the hôtel would send them to me.

We would have preferred more choice of food on evening dinner menu. What we had though was excellent.

I had been told by your company that the spa was closed ….COVID ..only able to get two bookings it was in fact open but booked up. Staff generally ok not particularly helpful or friendly except for Margot in the restaurant and Marlene gave the Japanese massage very well.

The staff except the receptionist were not very nice.
Language was a big problem, but no one wanted to help. In the restaurant there was no English menu and no one would try to help in translation.
Very expensive too. Will not be going back.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The infinity pool and the restaurant meals made us certain that we were getting our money's worth and made our trip extra special.
My husband is a musician and we agreed that their should have been better quality music piped in. Our thoughts are very specific and is small in comparison to all the wonderful aspects. However it would be nice if they spent a few extra dollars for quality music and not generic remakes of really great songs. Originals are always best.
