Wir hatten das schönste Zimmer des Hotels!
Ausstattung war hervorragend/ großzügiger Raum, dazu Balkon mit wundervollem Blick/
Lift - wem es wichtig ist, vorhanden & gut nutzbar/ Parkplätze vorhanden/ Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam und das Angebot sehr umfangreich, Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet/ Lage am Rand von Klagenfurt sorgte für frische Luft am Abend bei tagsüber 34 Grad!!/ für unseren Geschmack bequeme Betten/
Genauere Informationen zum Wellnessbereich wären schön gewesen/ vereinzelte Flächen sind beim Staub wischen übersehen worden (z.B.: Abdeckung Steckdose Bad) - aber das ist schon „Jammern auf hohem Niveau“!

Very nice Hotel with clean room and nice terrace
employees chatting with each other in the 'glas office' next to the reception not stopping even if they realize that people are waiting at the reception. And I don't mean that they just finished a conversation - they just kept talking and let the guests wait. Happened to me 2 times in the one-night stay at the hotel.

die Lage war nicht schlecht, jedoch wären Fahrräder super gewesen, leider war der nächste Fahrradverleih so weit weg, also nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wasser bei der Dusche wurde nicht war, keine Aufstriche beim Frühstück, keine glutenfreie Produkte, soooo dünnes Klopapier, keine Ablage in der Dusche für Rasierer etc., wartet teilweise lange auf Spiegelei/Kaffee

The place is fantastic! Due to too much noise on one night we were up-graded and loved our room. The breakfast is beautiful, the view fantastic and the location off the main traffic.

The location was brilliant. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful & so well kept. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will hopefully return in December

I recommend this Hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Concerning the room, I have seen bigger rooms, but the room has a nice balcony, which we didn't use (is February now).
there is a nice view from the room, as the Hotel is located on the hills. Of course you are a little away from the city center. There is also a bar and a restaurant in a separate building. Plenty of free parking.

Comfortable beds, lovely clean bathroom, simplistic design of rooms, nice balcony and view. Tasty breakfast.
Upon arrival, our room was freezzy cold so it took long to get warmer temperature after switching on the heater. Overall hotel temperature was low so we were freezing also during breakfast.

Was our first time in Klagenfurt and we couldn't be happier with the hotel, location, comfort and the service. Breakfast was delicious, we spend some quality time at the SPA

Breakfast are was very nice
Booked during IM Austria. Bikes had not been allowed in the room. A bike room had been setup where everyone could borrow a key to get access to all the bikes.
