Comfortable bed lovely big room, great food

The nearby beach. The barman in the pool bar. Free nearby on street parking.

Having to sort out the WiFi with reception over several trips. The casino bar area. Hotel felt impersonal more like we were on a business trip.

Beautiful spacious room, with fantastic beds, great balcony with great view, bathroom was excellent. Very nice bar/lounge area next to the pool with friendly bartender, very enjoyable. Easy parking

The room was a good size nice balcony

I was on the second floor and access to the stairs was not good would have walked as the lifts took ages to come. The pool only has sun for 4-5 hours per day. The breakfast was good but things were spread out a bit far. You was walking from one side to the other coffee here and sugar over there

Perfect location, beds very comfortable, pool area was lovely.

It was noisy, and even though comfortable beds we didn’t sleep at all really. We went for breakfast at 930am but we had no choice really on pastries, croissants and fruit were all gone.

Beautiful views from the sea view room and just a few minutes walk from the real thing. Smart comfortable room and welcoming staff. Would definitely visit again

The room was excellent: very clean, well lit and spacious. We had an extra large bed that was very comfortable. Wifi connection was decent but we needed to ask for extra login access because they only give you a code that can only connect 2 devices. Most people have laptops and iPads so it was an unnecessary extra step to get access to internet.

The reception could have placed us in a room that was not directly next to other guests. Our neighbours were partying in their room ALL night. It was very loud and their talk and laughter woke me and my husband up multiple times during the night. Normally this would be understandable, but the hotel is very large but it was NOT full. There were not a lot of guests during our stay so the least the hotel could have done is to not pack all the guests in consecutive rooms. I have worked in the hotel industry before so I know they do this so that housekeeping would be easier during check out. Also €10 for room service? Seriously?

staff, they seems to be tired and not happy and they were not very helpful with a request to have our personal trainer in the gym despite the entire hotel was totally empty. it seems they don’t like to work there

the first room smelled like cocaine . the previous occupier was doing a lot of drugs and it wasn’t aired out at all by housekeeping .

bathroom was quite dirty with hairs around the shower and toilet not properly clean. no soundproofing means you can hear everything from your room

Clean rooms, great comfort beds, big size balcony with beach view. Swift warm water at good pressure at 8th floor (not obvious). Hotel food, if you pick smartly, is great with ample choice of fish, meat, and vegetables. Not all food is warm enough, so pick from the middle or food in a sauce or when just served from the kitchen.

The swimming pool area, although with comfortable chairs, can be very warm and noisy. It’s too small for this hotel.
