The room was excellent which met our expectation. The bathroom was massive and good. Location was excellent not too far from the airport and city centre. Staff were excellent and were always willing to listen to you and help.

La musique a fond sur le rooftop de l'hôtel jusqu'à minuit, impossible de fermer l'oeil ,le service restauration déplorable malgré la gentillesse des employés.

The room was spacious, a big bathroom and overall very nice. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Always out to help me, as a solo traveller they made my experience a wonderful one. One of the best experiences thus far as a solo traveller, they took care of me very well. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic each day with options so I got to experience different Moroccan dishes. The location was very convenient with a shopping mall being a five minute walk away, very close to the airport as well as a number of bus stops nearby. Travelling to and from the hotel was not a hassle. Special shoutout to Salah who always made it his business that I was taken care of as well as the rest of the staff. Their kindness and understanding was greatly appreciated.
It was particularly hot in the room at night even with the door to the balcony open and the AC continuously throughout the day.

My recent stay at Bab boutique hotel was unfortunately marred by several negative experiences. Upon arrival, the receptionist, named Naoual, was rude and gave us strange looks. We had to wait an hour and a half past check-in for our room, while others who arrived after us were promptly accommodated.
Furthermore, our dining experience was tarnished by another disappointment. Despite ordering room service, we were served raw chicken—a serious oversight that could have resulted in health consequences. Shockingly, when we raised our concerns, we were met with indifference from the staff, who informed us that we hadn't requested our chicken to be cooked "well done." Not only did we not receive an apology for the oversight, but we were also met with a dismissive response that failed to address the seriousness of the situation.
My friend encountered an uncomfortable incident at the hands of our masseuse. The masseuse's behavior crossed boundaries when she slapped my friend's buttocks during our massage and excessively squeezed her face. Such inappropriate and unprofessional conduct during a spa treatment is completely unacceptable and tarnished what should have been a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, our disappointing experiences at Bab Boutique Hotel didn't end there. An uncomfortable encounter occurred when a spa employee attempted to arrange a marriage for my friend, which made us both again extremely uncomfortable.
In addition to the concerning encounter with the spa employees, another disheartening incident occurred during our stay at Bab Boutique Hotel. We were shocked when a female staff member attempted to justify catcalling by blaming us for our appearance, insinuating that we were being harassed because of our beauty and the bodies our parents gave us. This victim-blaming attitude is not only offensive but also completely unacceptable in any professional setting.
The room was aesthetically pleasing and the breakfast was satisfactory, however the constant feeling of being rushed by the servers detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms are very spacious, fresh and convinient. Bed is comfortable but what really makes the difference at bab hotel is the service. Mariam was an excellent host and welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Thank you

Very spacious room. very big bathroom with twin showers and the balcony. I highly recommend the breakfast omelette guy for being so kind and generous.
The room is very dark, lack of lights. Separate toilet with no water facilities and a very dark toilet. So much annoyed with the massage offers. It’s a quiet distant to J’maa El-Finnah. Breakfast is very basic. Balcony is very noisy due the A/C fan. The hotel needs refurbishing coz it’s quiet old.

* nice apartment size, main bed was comfortable
* we were offered an early check in for free as we arrived to the hotel at noon
* the staff was really friendly and kind
* Lots of shops and cafés in the area. About 30-40min walk to the Medina
* Our luggage was looked after we checked out until we departed to the airport
* The breakfast was varied and fresh
* The SPA experience was good- my daughter and I had a hammam treatment and really enjoyed it
* The roof terrace was not functioning and we didn’t get to enjoy the facilities as advertised
* The swimming pool didn’t look well maintained. It was small and in a quite shaded area on the ground floor next to the breakfast lounge. The water was pretty cold too
* The accommodation had a very weird light arrangement. Every time we switched the light off in the main bedroom, the entire flat electricity would go off, including the fridge and sockets. This meant that we were only able to charge our devices overnight if we had the lights on. We would find the fridge flooded every day as the electricity was off when we were out
* One of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged and the water was draining so slow that left soap and dirt patches each day
* The safe in the room was not in working order
* The accommodation floor didn’t look like it was cleaned before we arrived. And it was not ever swept or mopped while we stayed there
* The bed sheets were not changed at any point during the entire stay. There was an accident on the main bedroom sheet and I had to wash it by hand. Left if on the bed and found if exactly how I left it - on top of the duvet. The cleaners have been in the room, changed the towels and spread the same sheet over the duvet as it was damp
* There was no light in the kitchen area. A floor lap was left in the main bedroom and we figured out that we could use it in the kitchen

location
This hotel is a construction site and not a safe hotel to stay at.
Instead of closing down the hotel and perform a proper renovation, they are doing it while the guest are in staying there. And the renovation takes place very late at night (had to call two nights a row at 11pm to tell them to stop drilling). Equipment was left behind unsecured.
The room had issues with the toilet door, the sink wasn’t working and the shower door was missing…
All that a side, water wasn’t even complimentary and one small bottle was 10 times the cost in the shop.
4 star is way above its actual grade.

I was greeted by kaoutar, who was very friendly and accommodating. Was always making sure everything was in place and ensuring throughout the stay I had no issues. Excellent customer service from her and her team. The room was beautiful and bed... I'm missing the bed so much. I had really good sleep. Would love to go back again when I visit Marrakech.

The room was very neat and huge. My fav place was the bathroom, very huge. The receptionist were very friendly and spoke English which was a bonus. The location is close to a lot of restaurants, the menorah mall and other hotels which makes it safe to walk around.
We weren't comfortable to wear bikini at the pool side because of how some of the staff's were eyeing us in a bad way anytime we went to the pool side in a bikini with a cover up. That made us feel so uncomfortable. The food at the hotel was 3 times expensive compared to the ones we ate at different restaurants.

Excellent service and warm welcome! I felt so much welcomed and the staff goes beyond and above! We asked if we could have dinner next to swimming pool and our table was set before we even knew it! Food was great and so delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody who wants to enjoy the warm welcome and the real hospitality of local people!

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were so friendly.
The positioning of the toilet in the room...one needs to walk to the shower room to wash your hands. The curtains are old and done and very difficult to close. Too much noise from taxi drivers who were gathering on the street looking for customers during the night. The breakfast was the same throughout out our stay.
