Location was OK but that's all I can recommend

Room wasn't ready, waiting at check in was extreme, room was cramped with double bed side against a wall meaning both people entering and exiting from same side. The bar had no draught beer and restaurant run out of food. Only a skeleton staff on hand. It had a very run down feel about it.

Speedy check in new modern rooms friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be a little more substantial

Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Swimming pool large and warm.

That the main hotel was mostly inaccessible due to housing asylum seekers.

Great location. Best Ibis hotel i have stayed in. We were upgraded and the staff could not have been nicer.

Only thing I can think to say negatively was the shower could have been better pressure wise.

The room was spacious and accommodating to me and my family’s needs. The breakfast and staff were fantastic

The AC was not working and as a result the room was very hot during the night which resulted in a restless sleep for all

We had a outside room which was very comfortable and had all that was needed for a short stay.

Price of breakfast was very high, so we did not bother.

The size of the family chalet was bigger than I expected.

Some noise from hotel parking after midnight, possibly from metal bins being moved.

Excellent service

The space of the accommodation was excellent.

IBIS had double bookings meaning they needed to relocate us, They relocated us to East Cliff hotel what was beautiful right on the sea front with sea views, What we really liked is that IBIS kept us updated on our booking and offered us to use there facilities during our stay, The marks given are for East Cliff Hotel.

Just a shame we couldn't stay at IBIS, a bit of discount to book with them again would of been nice.

Great location, 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely staff, great service, very clean rooms with comfy beds, and good facilities. A lot of choices for breakfast. Swimming pool that made our evening!

Lots of walking to get to the main areas of entertainment particularly coming back up those hills.

Courtesy bus back to the main amenities would have been useful.

Nothing as didn't end up staying there

Went to check in and the hotel wasn't actually fully open yet following building work, so we did not have a room available. No one contacted us before we arrived so it wasn't ideal after a long drive. We ended up being moved to a hotel round the corner that was very tired and dirty. From what I could see from reception the hotel looked nice and modern following a paint job.

Room was pristine and a lot bigger than expected. Breakfast was just right.

breakfast and no one on desk when went to check in and security was very rude when we walked in

We were allocated an outside chalet and were able to park close to the room. No lugging bags up flights of stairs. Room had tea and coffee making facilities as well as fridge and microwave enabling us to keep things cool. If had stayed longer would have made more use of this for breakfast.

Swimming pool was closed on day of arrival and although open next day we did not have time to use it
