Very unique decor great building

Position, size of rooms, view of the balcony, furniture, murals, ambient. This is a special place. One of a kind.

weak Wi-Fi that doesn’t cover all rooms, but it is normal with such old houses with massive walls. I understand that everything in this property is museum worthy and needs special restoration even for the slightest defect, but some extra attention to wall paint and or cleaning would be nice.

brilliant location and access to associated swimming pool although needed a taxi to get there. In a beautiful old town building

No tea towels to dry dishes or instructions for rubbish. Would have had better travel options if we had had a hire car but the auto is taxi worked well when we could make ourselves understood

The location was just incredible . The building we entered was erected in 800 A.D. It was like living in a museum . The room and living area were perfect . The balcony just magical as you could get a glimpse from the beautiful lake . The little area around was like out of a painting. Nicely located to see the Tuscany and Umbria. The host was super friendly and knowledgeable.

The bed was very uncomfortable.It was like sleeping on a rock . The shower was in the bath top and difficult to use . The internet did not work at all. Also , all the restaurants did not serve dinner before 0730 hrs at night , which is quite late , when you are travelling and have been up since 6 am . But the experience we guess was worth it .

The combination of beautiful historic rooms with some nice art. Very spacious and right on the main street. The staff was very helpful,.and even gave me an upgrade!

The location was good in the middle of the town and the rooms were spacious.

Worst place we stayed our entire trip- lack of communication and follow-up, all around unprofessional which is unfortunate because it's in a good location and has potential to be a great stay. we understand rooms are old and have character but they smelled musty/moldy with ripped furniture and hard beds. we were supposed to stay 2 nights here but took the hit and left after 1. we never received a response from Brando when we called/messaged him this.

great location ancient building dating to 1200 AD lovely to wake up next to the church bell at 8 am every day In close reach of all the restaurants , free parking close by under the trees Use of country house with pool and some really good food & wine

ancient air conditioning that makes a grinding noise every 20 seconds - not great ancient beds with mattresses that need replacing ancient pluming - shower flooded the bathroom unless only used at a trickle we paid for cleaning every day ( 280 Euro) - sadly this was just superficial and our toddler crawling on the floor had black hands and knees each time she did it

it was close to the town centre

The property had a musty smell . The bed was hard and creaked very loudly every time either one of us turned over in bed.There was no daily service of towels and despite selecting a booking with breakfast included we were told it wasn’t included !
