The staff is amazingly attentive and the environment is friendly and cozy. The service is thought for everyone to feel at home and not lack anything.

Arraiolos has many things to discover and we only got to know it at the end of our stay. Maybe a little word at the arrival about the village would help improving the stay.

I have stayed at this place many times when visiting Arraiolos. It is very charming. All rooms are different.The are named after the color they have in the interior. Some have french balconies to the garden and a nice view to the fortress. The terrace is very nice . Breakfast i excellent ! The best ! There are stairs and no elevator but you will be helped with your luggage. ( for free of course ) Very kind staff. Nicest place in Arraiolos.

This is beautiful bed and breakfast. It has a relaxed and airy feel, bedroom was lovely. Nice breakfast included. Owners made sure we were happy.

1) pool is essential for the heat 2) the breakfast was very good 3) the staff very welcoming and helpfull

1) The toilet wasn't sparkling clean as the rest of the room. 2) booked a double bed and the room had 2 single beds tied together. 3) The image quality/connection of the TV was very poor and could be located in a better position (frontal, not on the side) 4) could have a big good pilow and not 2 small bad ones

Excellent Staff, good breakfast, location right in the village center. very good restaurants nearby on walking distance. super peaceful and excellent for a quick escape from the city chaos. There is also a bike rental store next to the hotel!

Immaculately clean with a friendly and attentive staff, my room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also well appointed. Located in the center of this charming town, it provided easy access to anywhere I wanted to go.

Very helpful and lovely staff. You can select the color of the room you like. And then everything, really everything in that room is in matching color! The breakfast is very rich and composed of exquisite local specialities.
