The breakfast was lovely and the garden, very special. The service was attentive and the setting was sublime.

I can't think of anything that could be improved. Care has been taken with every detail.

The whole facility is a beautiful place. The rooms and the garden are created with incredible taste and love. The stuff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fine with everything someone can expect. The restaurant is also good. Most of all I liked the tasteful decoration of the rooms.

The access to the hotel is not optimal as you have to walk about 8 minutes from the place the car leaves you (nevertheless the hotel takes care of your luggage!). Also all the rooms have a lot of (sometimes) difficult steps. This hotel is definitely not ideal for elder people and in winter. Overall too expensive.

This is an exceptional property. I would highly recommend staying here - it felt like a personal paradise - the gardens are beautiful and the rooms very comfortable and beautiful decorated and taken care of.

Breakfast was exceptional - but I had lunch at the restaurant and was not particularly impressed with my meal - it was a bit salty and the chicken a bit bland.

Loved the garden and the room with the balcony and would stay here again.

The hotel has a wonderful and peaceful vibe, great breakfast and really nice staff. Rooms are nice, well decorated and very clean. Very well located.

Could improve the dinner’s options, include some healthier and more traditional menus but food is good.

Everything was just magical, from the moment we wLked in till the moment we left. The decor is beautiful and makes you feel like you've stepped into and oasis in the middle of Fes. The restaurant is spectacular and the rooms are lovely and so uniquely decorated
